    Good product, but.... if you have shoulder length hair, the product is fine. Anything longer, not so much. Thick and lengthy, can only support about 6 inches or a little more.

    Good tool. However, takes a bit of practice or your hair will get caught in the iron. Remember to use small chunks of hair. If not, either it won’t wrap around or the hair will get stuck.

    I have really thin fine hair but you can only curl tiny amounts with the Infiniti Pro before it get stuck and you have to untangle the mess it makes and start over. For $100 I really expected it to work smother.

    Within less than 4 months after using it 1-3 times weekly on my medium textured shoulder length hair, it began to lose any ability to even put in a slight wave. The "anti-tangle feature" malfunctioned and my husband had to aggressively remove my hair from device. The Conair received equivalent ratings to more expensive brands, but I am thoroughly disappointed with it's longevity.
