Returned this item...didnt work as expected.......

Got this for my wife, who has straight hair. Found it to be very difficult to achieve the look on the box. Very little guidance was provided. Had to go on YouTube to find detail instructions. My wife is not impressed.

This seemed to rip my hair out when it sucked it up into the heating element. Also, I didn't find the curls came out evenly. Gave away after one use.

No good in the practice is not the waive that you will be expected

This product did not give the same curls the demo showed. I was not impressed. I wanted to return it but missed my time frame.

Doesn’t worth. Didn’t work as expected. Even one time my daughters hair got stuck in it and there was no way for hair to come out. Couldn’t curl in desire way and wasn’t even staying curl for few minutes.

My wife's hair kept getting caught in the mechanism. We watched videos, read the instructions and it worked great for a few day but then kept getting hair caught. Definitely needs improvement. Not a good buy.

I purchased this to use on my child’s hair and it pulled her hair out. It didn’t matter how small amount of hair you put in it the hair always caught and you had to pull the hair out.

I was SO excited to find this device at such a great price. I read previous reviews and it compared well to other manufacturers that cost $20 to 30 more. I bought it on May 5 and used it once or twice per week for the first week or two. It was VERY easy to use if you read and follow directions, and I am not a very good hair fixer. I was very pleased with the loose flowy curls and waves. BUT, the last few times I have attempted to use it, I continually had to reload the same strands of hair and go further toward the scalp to even appear that my hair had been touched with a styling tool. I have played around with the temperature and curl settings, but it has totally lost its MOJO . I'm hoping that I possibly got a lemon, so I will be exchanging for another. I seriously LOVED using it and the end results. Until next time.....

My hair got stuck in it everytime I used it. A complete waste of 100 dollars.

The demo videos look great and this should have been a fun and useful tool. The safety mechanisms did not work when needed and my wife's hair was caught in the device while wrapped around the heating element... naturally destroying the hair. I burned my fingers trying to pull the hair out. All it takes is for it to fail one time and you'll never want to use it again. I have lost all trust in this product.
