so far so good. I had it for 2 weeks and my back feels great. I have a history of back problems and the extend feature is similar to what the chiropractors used on my back. I use it almost everyday, I love this chair. If I had to complain, I would say that it wasn't available in brown

I thought real long and hard before buying this chair. Have never purchased a massage chair before and I admittedly have buyer's remorse on large purchases frequently. I can now say a month after purchase that my only regret is not doing this sooner. Absolutely love this chair. It has actually improved my lower back pain, lowered my stress levels, and improved my quality of life. I literally use it every day now, and sometimes multiple times per day, and so does the wife. I now cannot imagine not having a massage chair of some kind. Admittedly it is not wholly equivalent to going out and getting a massage from an actual human being, but obviously you are not going to get a machine to completely replicate the human massage experience anyway, so that isn't a fair comparison. The quality of the massage you do get from the chair is amazing. When you do the math on the return on investment, if you assign a $50 cost to each massage received, the value is realize very quickly considering how many times you use it every day. Plus, you cannot beat the convenience of it being in your home and ready to use at a moment's notice. The one thing I hated about having a massage subscription at a national massage chain was the inconvenience of having to go across town, wait for your appointment, and also the frequent scheduling conflicts I would encounter with my appointment times. I also have spoken with the Infinity support staff both pre- and post-sale, and they are quite excellent. You are talking to actual American-based employees at their US headquarters, and they are all extremely helpful and caring. They also mentioned that the chairs very frequently far outlive the long warranty that comes with the chair, so that is a plus as well. If you are considering getting this chair (or any chair of theirs), I cannot recommend it enough.

This was a gift for my brother. He absolutely loves it. He is particularly hard to shop for and is rarely impressed by anything. Did i say he loves this chair? It’s pricey but according to him, its worth it

My wife and i use this most days. Its very relaxing snd confortable.

Same brand not the same model. I paid $5000 back then. We have been using it everyday and we never had an issue in 7 years. I would buy this brand in the future again.
