I purchased the 1.7 Cu. Ft. Mini Fridge with ENERGY STAR Certification for the second floor of my house, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. The compact size makes it incredibly convenient. It fits perfectly in a corner without taking up much space, yet offers surprisingly generous storage inside. The cooling performance is excellent, it chills drinks and snacks quickly and maintains a steady temperature even during warmer days upstairs. The quiet operation is another big plus; I can barely hear it running, which makes it ideal for bedrooms, home offices, or guest rooms. Energy efficiency was another key factor for me, and this model being ENERGY STAR certified gives peace of mind that it won’t spike the electricity bill, even with continuous use. The black finish looks sleek and modern, blending nicely with any décor. I use it mainly for water bottles, fruits, snacks, and the occasional leftover meal and everything stays fresh and cool. The door storage is handy for small bottles or cans, and the interior layout is simple but functional. Overall, this mini fridge is perfect for an upstairs setup convenient and whisper quiet. Ordered this small refrigerator to allow me to have quiet study time to myself and not have to mingle with others in the main kitchen. It was a pick up at BestBuy, packed very well, and not heavy for me to carry (I am 5'3", 105 Ibs.). Easy, easy set up, and most of all works fantastically! The very low noise emission turns on only a few times a day. I don't hear it at night at all. I am very happy with this fine small refrigerator that fits four yogurts, four and more cans of soda, a champagne bottle at the bottom area, and leftovers in medium size containers! I bought this to have in my classroom. When I received this mini fridge and it had scratches on it but because I am busy with work I couldn’t find time to return it for a replacement one. It also doesn’t close properly I have to push it shut to make sure it’s closed. Other than that it gets cold, very quiet, and plenty of space for the things I need throughout the week.

I got this model because I wanted to keep some drinks in my room while I'm gaming so I didn't have to go all the way to the kitchen. It fit very well in my room, and it's large enough for about 20 or so bottles/large cans of soda, juice, or water. In operation, I had it set to the default cold setting of four (goes from one to seven), and I put some drinks in and let it sit overnight. However, it wasn't getting cold enough for my liking. Drinks felt just a little bit cooler than room temperature. I set the fridge to level three, waited a few hours, and it wasn't much colder. Level two got them decently cold without freezing. This might mean that the fridge is going to be working a little bit harder based on how it's designed, but I'm not sure. But I didn't buy this as a freezer, so I don't need more than this. Overall, I think it's good, but if you're looking for something a little bit more efficient at cooling your drinks, it might be better to save up for a more expensive unit. It is great for college dormitories in places where you don't have a whole lot of space, though.

Perfect size to fit under the desk. It gets colder than I expected. It’s quiet and is easy to open, doesn’t stick. It closes with ease also.

I've had this fridge for just over a month now, and so far so good. It fit our needs perfectly; we wanted something big enough to fit quite a few drinks as well as some snacks. We also needed something that was short enough to fit in a specific space. It seems to stay at a consistent forty degrees. On sale, I only paid just over $100, so it was an excellent deal. If something changes, I will update my review. For the photos, please ignore the weird paint on the floor, we're still working on the space! And for the temperature photo, the door had been open while I fiddled with my phone.

This is the very first time I have ever had a small fridge in my room. The reason why I bought it was because I get a dry throat in the middle of the night when I wake up and sometimes it feels like I’m choking and can’t make it to the main fridge in the kitchen to get something to drink. So, I was on the Best Buy website looking for a ring camera and I came across mini fridges for rooms and dorms. So, I got it while it was on sale. I can fit twenty four waters or sodas in there . Whatever you want to put in there as your choice. Your drinks get cold very fast. In a matter of hours. I got it in black because my bedroom set is black. It fits in the corner very well. The bottom line is this is the best thing you can ever buy if you live in a dorm or you have roommates at your house like I do. I got a warranty on it as well. So, anything goes wrong they repair it with new parts or they will replace it with a new one. The only thing I hate is that I didn’t buy one years ago. Trust me. Recently I had received a promotion and was relocating to my new office space. Within my area a community refrigerator is being used but seemed it was always full so i decided to buy my own for my area. From reading reviews it was a little mixed some saying its noisy and others saying it is quiet. I went ahead and pulled the trigger and im glad i did. It is compact yet quiet. Only thing I hear is a slight on and off of the compressor and that is it. Also most said the Level 4 setting is enough which they are right. It does keep most things cold around that setting. Lastly I will say the unboxing was very simple i was afraid id have to cut the box down but the outside lifts off the refrigerator so all that needs done is just removing the base and that's it.

It’s the perfect size for my small dorm room, and it’s great for its price. It’s very quiet sometimes I have to make sure it’s plugged in because I can barely hear the fridge hum at all! 10/10 I would recommend if you’re looking for something smaller to save space but very effective and cost efficient :) Delivery was quick and easy as well, but I never have any problems with Best Buy!

I purchased this for my new office at work. I did not want the large one. This smaller sized one fits perfectly under my desk, and has more than enough room to keep my snacks and lunches stocked up for the work week. This one does not have a freezer compartment; which I'm glad it does not. It was much lighter to carry (I previously had a same sized version with a freezer), and the freezer is not something I need from it. Very happy with the purchase.

Perfect for the bedroom! I drink a lot of water and I like my water cold, I also like to have some veggies and fruits for my midnight snack, I get home from work around midnight. It's the perfect size and it keeps everything nice and cold! It's also extremely quiet!

I purchased this fridge for my office for placement under my desk. Other reviewers are correct that this cools food and beverages very well and you really only need to set it to 4. I’ve found some liquids placed on the top shelf will actually freeze if you set it too much higher. I’m able to put a couple dozen canned sodas, a couple tall SmartWater bottles, and couple full sized salads in the fridge with a little room to spare. It is not overly loud, but it you have sensory issues, you’re probably going to notice the light hum of the fridge is next to you. In an office environment, where air is running, you won’t hear it in its steady state at all. However you definitely will hear the condenser click and motor run for a solid few minutes each time it cycles through. It’s nothing fancy, but does exactly what you expect it to do. It’s not silent by any means, but it’s totally manageable/ignorable in an office.

Awesome Mini Fridge! This is an awesome mini fridge if you are looking to put a few drinks inside. The mini fridge is on the smaller side so keep that in mind when purchasing. I recommend going to the Best Buy store and seeing it on display and comparing it to the larger 2.5 version. The fridge does take a little bit to cool drinks but it keeps drinks nice and cold when it finishes cooling! It is a very silent mini fridge I have absolutely no complaints keeping this in my room. I was honestly surprised how silent this unit is. I strongly recommend this if you are only looking to store a few items or drinks.

The fridge is lovely. I got it for my room because I was tired of my family taking my beverages and the occasional food item but this fridge solved everything . It’s Perfect for little spaces . Holds a good amount of items 10/10 recommend

I purchased this mini fridge because my previous one zonked out like it was emotionally exhausted, so I bought this bad boy to slide under my desk and take care of business. Spoiler alert: it understood the assignment. It keeps my drinks super cold and I never have to worry about anyone stealing my lunch from the breakroom fridge again.

I love,love,love my insigna mini fridge it works wonderfully and as advertised! It's a great addition to my office. My students love to come and get a cold juice and snack after meeting with me. Would definitely recommend I have had other insignia products and they have outlasted other name brand products so I will definitely stick with this brand and best buy made it so easy to order and brought it directly to make car and loaded it up.

Great little fridge, no freezer allows more room for water and soda. Fits perfect in the garage. Bottom shelf is great for cans, top shelf is great for water bottles. Door is great for gatorade
