This freezer is great to have and it keeps my meats frozen and in mint condition. The unit is very quite and has a blue indicator letting you know that the unit is on. This is a must buy and glad I made the purchase.

It is very beautiful and has a lot of space to accommodate a lot and the best part is that it is not annoying

So far so good. It's very quiet. Only issue is that your staff back at the store needs to be more careful with the loading and unloading. Both the original freezer and the replacement were damaged in the same location (see picture of replacement freezer enclosed). The replacement wasn't damaged as bad so I took the $75 credit.

So far so good. Stays cold...but as others have said, I have frost at the back corners by the hinges. Apparently the seal isn't doing what it should be doing. I'm not sure if an upgraded replacement seal can be purchased...or if there is an adjustment that can be made. I'm also not sure how this impacts the efficiency of the freezer.

Works as expected. Would recommend this item. Great buy!

Very pleased with performance, freezing within 2 hours when plug in. Best bang for buck on the planet with outstanding value. Freezes the food well, only thing is too much frost build up when set at the recommended temperature. Overall, so far so good.

Loving my new freezer! Great capacity and length! If you can see in photo, I purposely left the bottom part of packing on the bottom to protect the wood flooring and for easy sliding when moving it.

clean lines, easy to operate. We bought this to build a "Keezer" (kegerator in a freezer) and are very pleased with how well it works with a separate temperature probe and controller. Decent price, very light weight, just what we needed.

Fits perfectly in our garage and stores a great deal of our frozen foods. I bought wire baskets from Target so that I could easily move around items so I'm not taking lots of food out to get to the bottom.

The chest freezer is working very well and silent too. Items inside are all well frozen although there are not frosts on the sides of the deeper section of the freezer.

Get ready for fall with fewer grocery store trips necessary. 10.2 cu ft size is actually quite large as well as energy efficient all at a zgreat price. Best of all, freezer in box fit in our SUV with room to spare.

I love the Insignia brand and am extremely happy with this freezer. It holds so much more than I anticipated so I have a hard time filling it, but it is a nice looking unit which we decided to put inside the house instead of the garage. You should not put things on top of it though because it will dent easily (see pics).
