Customer Ratings & Reviews

Awesome television, especially for the price! It has a clear and bright picture, wifi connection, great sound, and it's lightweight, making it perfect to hang outside on my covered deck. I especiallly like that it's a Fire TV. It's connected to my Alexa account so I can easily view my doorbell camera and turn on and off my patio lights using the remote's voice control. I like it so much that I bought another one during the Labor Day sale and I'm honestly considering a third one!

I have the Insigna TV in my bedroom and I needed a TV in the kitchen area. Since the TV in my bedroom is of good quality, I decided to get another one... excellent TV, it picks up the internet signal very well... the brand is recommended.

Excellent quality! Great price for smart fire tv. Perfect size for my space. Fit the rolling stand I bought to mount on. Definitely worth it and would highly recommend!!!

I think it’s a great TV. It supports AirPlay and works really well, plus it comes with all the usual streaming features Fire TV offers. We bought it in late November to early December 2025 and I highly recommend it. We even picked up the 55-inch when it was on sale, and it pairs perfectly with our 32-inch Insignia Fire TV.

I bought this smaller TV after a disappointing experience with a larger one. The picture is good, the sound is great and the setup was pretty easy. I have binged all seasons of Stranger Things and Wednesday so I know this is a good TV. I use it every evening and am very satisfied with its performance.

This TV has been perfect for my small apartment. The picture quality is excellent, making watching shows and movies a great experience. It’s also very user-friendly—simple to set up and easy to navigate through the menus. I’ve had no issues with performance, and it runs smoothly every time I use it. Overall, it’s a reliable, high-quality TV at a reasonable price that feels just right for a smaller living space.

We’ve been really happy with my Insignia 32" F20 Series LED HD Smart Fire TV. The picture quality is clear and bright for a 720p set, and the size is perfect for my husband’s garage set up. The built-in Fire TV interface makes streaming incredibly easy—everything loads quickly, and navigating between apps is smooth. Setup was simple and only took a few minutes. The sound quality is decent for a TV this size. Overall, it’s a solid, reliable TV at a great price point and does exactly what I needed it to do.

Super simple to set up. Wonderful picture and clarity. I have a couple other Insignia tvs and never had a single problem!

Will buy again. But, volume controls have to be increased between 40-60 to hear well. Love Alexa services. Legs to tv is very hard to get on. Picture quality is really good. Love the lightweight of tv for mobility.

I really love the 32 Fire TV shows good I also find away to Bluetooth my speakers and sounding like a sound bar

I bought this 32 inch smart tv for my senior mom. It shows beautifully & easy for my mom to work.

The Smart InsigniaTV we wanted was on sale making it very affordable. It was in stock and we were helped right away by a friendly sales assistant who answered our questions. Check-out was quick. In the short time we've had the TV however, it has had a glitch that froze it and all the controls on the remote. That was solved by unplugging and re-plugging the set. We like the bright picture. Our DVD's don't play well on it though. They are dim and not in sharp focus like when we played them on our older Panasonic set.

Buying a TV on a budget has never been better. I was pleased with the arrival delivery was a priority. Installation was easy. Navigating was simple with voice search capabilities like pressing the mic and speaking into the remote. Picture quality is good keeps me glued, sound quality is awesome i am an avid watcher of Marvel Studios productions so its action baby. And its lit in this room. Also allows streaming from all platforms youtube hulu disney apple netflix.

Great Television with very crystal clear pictures and volume both! It’s also light weight and can be mounted on a wall!

We bought this when our other tv went out. Great Picture. Easy setup. Amazing Price.

Fits perfect in the spot i wanted it. Easy to attach to a wall mount. Color is good sound is okay but i have a sound bar that works with it.

For the price point and value I’d recommend. You have to get used to the fact that the Fire Software will inadvertently “switch” to Fire TV when you hit pause on cable and play again. Also, once you program your own TV box remote, about once a week, the TV will “ lose continuity “ with the box remote. It only takes less than. 30 seconds to get back on track, but still a pain in the at times.

Great product and good price for a smart TV!! Would definitely recommend to others, good for small spaces..
