I recently purchased this 7cu ft deep freezer as a gift for my mom due to her old freezer being too small. She absolutely loves this one it’s bigger than what she needed but now she has all the space she needs and more.

Perfect size extra freezer
KarenLD Posted
We bought this when our regular side by side fridge was on the fritz and I was panicking on losing a whole lot of frozen meat, fish etc to spoilage if we didn’t act fast. This product far exceeded our expectations as it doesn’t take up much room in our garage, was a great value for the price and holds quite a bit. You do have to be creative in how you store things in a chest with bins or bags, but it’s worth every penny with the price of food these days.

Excellent freezer for extra storage and very quiet

I’ve been using this Insignia 7 Cu. Ft. chest freezer for a while now and it has exceeded my expectations. It cools down quickly, stays consistently cold, and has much more space inside than I expected for the size. I use it in my garage and it handles temperature changes really well. The build quality feels solid, the lid seals tightly, and it runs surprisingly quiet. It’s perfect for storing meat, frozen meals, ice cream, and bulk groceries without taking up too much space. The included basket also helps keep smaller items organized. Setup was simple and energy usage seems reasonable so far. For the price, this freezer offers excellent value and reliability. I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing extra freezer space for a home, garage, or basement.

Best purchase I could have made
CHARLESM Posted
Its exactly what you expect. It freezes stuff. However, so far i have processed 1 NY strip loin, 1 30lb chuck roll, 10lbs ground beef, and 10 chickens. There is still plenty of room for more. I would recommend the baskets from Amazon to help with organization.

It’s a nice freezer and pretty big in the inside. Gets really cold which I love. Only complaint I have is that when you close the cover, it locks and difficult to open again for a few minutes. It’s like a suction but stays locked for a few.
