Works as advertised. Scheduled installation was done on time.

This product is a lifesaver during the winter months.

I was able to start my car a football field away and around, over or through a cement wall. Too bad the installer Chris called me an A___hole when I protested when he made me wait an extra hour when, before taking care of a new customer with no appointment, he had said he was 98% finished. Best Buy has NEVER apologized.

The geek squad installers at the Fredericksburg Best buy location do a great job. They give you accurate times and keep you updated. They do a good/clean job with the installation and leave everything as it was when you went in. Would go back to them for any installation I need.

I purchased a remote start for my granddaughter for Christmas. Her mom made the appointment before Christmas to get a date soon after Dhristmas. The installation was performed on 12/27/13 and was completed at the time promised.

Very disappointed! I got a very basic remote starter that does Not work easily! Before I bought it as a deal of day, I called best buy and they said it was a very good deal. I found out there was another deal of the day with a much better starter for the same price that came out the day before mine was installed!

I had this installed recently and the box said 1000ft distance. You literally have to be standing in front of the car for it to start??? Either a product issue or install issue . Still waiting for best buy to call me back.

The Geek Squad installation was better than expected. It was completed in less time that estimated and the remote start works flawlessly. There is no visible evidence that changes were made. Very clean install. Very friendly service.
