    It’s a nice blender and have a lot of features. The only thing is, cleaning the blender is not that easy because you have to make sure the bottom part that connects the blender to the base does not get wet. Overall, it’s a good blender.

    Terrible blender. I bought because I wanted a glass pitcher, but I wish I would have just replaced my vitamix instead. It worked ok for the first 6 months, though our smoothies were never quite smooth enough, and then after 6 months, it’s been making a loud terrible noise and leaks out from the bottom, leaving a huge mess. There is no way to take the bottom off to clean or tighten. And the only way to get it looked at is to bring in a store in the middle of a pandemic. No thank you.

    I enjoy the hot/cold and keep warm feature. But, the lid broke after minimal use - 7 months after purchase. I've opened a Warranty Ticket with InstaPot and we'll see if it's 'covered' and if so, will the new lid be sturdier.

    Bought this blender and within 2 weeks of making fruit smoothies it started to leak from the bottom. Called and complained they sent a new blender and I used that for about a year before it started leaking. I was skeptical with the design from the beginning and would not recommend anyone to buy this blender.
