Blender cup leaking

Called and complained they sent a new blender and I used that for about a year before it started leaking. I was skeptical with the design from the beginning and would not recommend anyone to buy this blender.

Save your money, do not buy

I bought because I wanted a glass pitcher, but I wish I would have just replaced my vitamix instead. It worked ok for the first 6 months, though our smoothies were never quite smooth enough, and then after 6 months, it’s been making a loud terrible noise and leaks out from the bottom, leaving a huge mess. There is no way to take the bottom off to clean or tighten. And the only way to get it looked at is to bring in a store in the middle of a pandemic. No thank you.
