Purchased an hp Office Jet Pro 8035 printer 07/21/2019 in Best Buy for personal use. hp people were in the store & there was a deal on the printer & ink. Basically, a prepaid card comes with the printer purchase, & hp gave more ink credits for this promotion. The online ink account is easy & customer service is great. I signed up for the 100 page plan ($4.99) but found out thru the online ink account that I was printing 152, 146, 121, etc., pages some months so I changed to the 300 page plan ($9.99). You can change anytime. There are five different plans ranging from 50 to 700 pages per month, ranging in price from $2.99 to $19.99. They subtract any overage in your plan pages from the prepaid credits. If you don't use all your pages some months, it rolls over until you use it! In April (tax time) I was 111 pages over my plan, but my rollover pages credit kicked in. There was a small $ error in my account & when I contacted instant ink customer service, they understood the issue and immediately fixed it. Ink delivery is free & fast; & they include a prepaid mailer to send back the used cartridges. (Or turn them in at another retailer for credit.) My printer uses four cartridges: BIG Black, Cyan, Magenta, & Yellow, & they send all four every time. It is easy to add extra $ to your online ink account. You can purchase instant ink cards at Best Buy, Amazon, and probably other sellers. Then you just sign in to your account & enter the card code. hp advertising states that their instant ink cartridges have more volume than hp store-bought cartridges. I cannot verify this as it is a new printer (my first hp) & I haven't purchased store cartridges. However, I have only used 8 cartridges to print 1000 pages, & some of those are still in the printer. Overall, this is a good system for me at this time, I am happy with the service, & I do recommend it.

I absolutely love HP - Instant Ink! It's confusing from an outside perspective if you've never tried it so I'll try to break it down for you. You purchase a monthly plan that fits your needs which starts at $0.99/month, and HP sends you brand new, full color & black cartridges for your printer. As soon as you enter those cartridges into your printer, the printer communicates with your account, and your monthly subscription starts immediately. For me, I pay $0.99/month for 15 pages since I hardly print. If I don't use some or even all, they roll over to the next month which on the $0.99/mo plan you can rollover up to 45 unused pages at once. If you print a LOT it becomes way more cost-effective in the larger packages and you can roll over a LOT more unused pages. On 5/7 of the packages, if you go over your limit and you don't have any roll-over pages you are charged $1 for 10 pages and the other 2 packages the overages are 15 pages per $1. I have not run low or out of ink yet but in that scenario, once you're running low, the printer communicates this with your account and automatically sends you out the new cartridge(s) with fast and free shipping. I purchase the pre-paid cards to load into my account because I prefer that compared to monthly $0.99 charges on my account. Give Instant Ink a try! What's the worst that can happen?!

For $2.99 a month, I can print 50 pages of anything I want, even full color! That means that for less than the price of ONE ink cartridge, I can print for an entire year! It comes out to $35.88, a set of ink cartridges for my printer is $36 and lasts a month at best with how I print! Seems too good to be true, but isn't! Do yourself a favor and pick up a card in the store, they don't advertise it, but it adds a free month! You're doing yourself a disservice getting a printer without this card!

A $5 discount card for free at check out...it doesn’t get better than this! I also really like the convenience and cost of the replenishment program. If all goes as planned, I will pay $36 a year for printing vs. $50 plus every other month for cartridge replacements. The free mail envelope for recycling old cartridges is also a plus.

I like Hewlett Packard products printer and computer . I Bought HP computer and Printer in 1991 and still using never have problem.l bought printer in 1991 Officejet T45 Printer.Still. Good Since I never bought any printer.I Just Walking in Best Buy my eyes went one of the printer HP Officejet Pro 6830 And I look at it first and I bought it.I came home open it something feels me inside that I bought a right printer. I just using this printer only week ago and I like this printer very very good and I love enjoing it.I Reccomend Others Too. Thx Sasmir.S

Having the HP Instant ink feature for my printer is not only convenient, but economical as well. Communicating via WIFI, the printer tells HP when to ship new ink cartridges to my house. Super.

I had on idea this monthly ink program was available. This is the best thing HP has every come up with. I just love the idea of a printer monitoring my usage and automatically sending more ink in the mail. And the price is awesome!

It is easy to apply the refill plan. I just got the ink in the mail.

I received the Instant Ink Prepaid card and when I scratched off the label, the letters came off an i was unable to use my 5.00 prepaid card. I contacted Best Buy and spent over an hour on the phone waiting for the representative to reissue the card and he never came back on the line. I have unable to go into the store due to Hurricane Ida to see if CS could resolve issue.

I was looking for a way to save money on ink, and I was also interested in the convenience of having ink delivered to my door automatically. The HP Instant Ink plan has been a great way to save money on ink. I only pay for the ink that I use, and I can always adjust my plan as my printing needs change. I have also never had to worry about running out of ink, because HP automatically sends me new cartridges when I'm running low. The HP Instant Ink plan is also very convenient. I can order new cartridges online or through the HP Smart app. The cartridges are delivered to my door within 2-3 business days. I also like that I can track my ink usage and adjust my plan as needed. Overall, I have been very happy with the HP Instant Ink plan. It has saved me money on ink and has been very convenient. I would definitely recommend this plan to anyone who prints a lot of documents or photos. I would absolutely recommend this product, as a matter of fact I actually already recommended it! I think this is so cool and one of the best things ever! I mean it couldn't be made any easier for you. All you really have to do, right from the very beginning, is download and sign up for the app, HP Smart. Once you've done that, everything else is basically managed and taken care for you. Your ink levels are watched so that you never have to worry about running out unexpectedly. New cartridges are sent out to you once you get low so you'll have a new replacement as soon as you need it to change. Depending on the plan you select, you can even use as much or as little of the ink cartridges as you like, up to the selected amount of pages your selected plan includes. To make it even easier, you can even opt in to have the paper shipped to you also. This is only a very small brief description of what HP Instant Ink is and why it's personally a great thing for me!

I must say this service is awesome! When I purchased my HP printer I was not expecting it to come with free ink for 12 months, it is awesome! I have noticed the at since printing with this printer I have been using more ink and when I have tried going to the stores I usually shop at to purchase ink, they were out. HP instant ink takes the stress out of keeping your printer stocked with the right ink. When it reaches a certain level, it sends a message saying ink is on the way. It is shipped right to your front door. Takes all the guesswork out of everything and is stress free and so convenient. Another cool feature is that you can select your monthly plan based on how many pages you usually print and will sent out the right amount of ink according to your history and needs. I would recommend using this feature because it’s so much easier and cheaper and you don’t need to worry about purchasing the wrong type.

Bought this to go along with my HP printer. A small monthly payment to never run out of ink. I've went to print something before only to realize that I was out of ink. Now my printer will actually email HP when I'm running low and actually order more ink for me without me having to do anything. It gets mailed to me at no charge and sends a pre-paid envelope to recycle my old cartridges. And there are multiple different payment plans as well. If you only print a little then you only pay a little. And it still comes out cheaper in the long run compared to buying them from the store. If that's not amazing technology and a great deal them I don't know what is!!!
