    Tried to cook a few things and after some issues with excessive cooking times I reached out to instant pot cs. It was determined that my unit was defective and should be replaced as it took almost 12 minutes to boil 3 cups of water with the lid off! I’m not giving up on this just getting a replacement

    Had to return because it was too heavy to lift from a bottom cabinet for me(a VERY mature woman) Sorry, was a great item, but not for me!
