Q: Does this have steamer feature in programable mode?
A: Thanks for your question! The Duo Plus doesn't have a dedicated Steam button however you can steam using the Pressure Cook function. It uses pressure to steam the food faster, but the results are almost identical to traditional steaming. To set it up, put your food in an oven-safe steamer on the trivet, or directly on the trivet, and add water to the inner pot. Select the Pressure Cook function and let the pot do the rest! Q: Does this instapot have WiFi? How does the sous vide function work?
A: There's no WiFi on the Duo Plus. Sous Vide works by sealing your food in an airtight bag and immersing it in heated water. The water cooks the food to the exact temperature set without going over. One of the most popular uses is to cook a steak to the desired internal temperature, then quickly searing the outside for a super even result!
A: Yes it is! The Duo Plus lets you customize the cooking functions and remembers your settings next time. For example, if you set a Pressure Cook program with a time of 15 minutes, it will remember that and default to 15 minutes the next time you select Pressure Cook!
