I purchased the software package because of the deep discount Best Buy was offering. I had used TT's online version in prior years, so I was skeptical how the transfer process would work. I followed the TT instructions to transfer from online to software and it was as easy as they promised. I am a very happy camper since I saved about $100 by switching to the TT sofware version.

Looked for a refrigerator for a while. Got a great open box price. Deliver and installed in two days.

We have used TurboTax for many years in a row. We think it is the best tax preparation software available and is reasonably priced. Using TurboTax is especially important for preparing taxes this year due to the new tax code. It automatically updates the software when new tax information becomes available.

I've been using Turbo Tax for 20 years. I trust it for accuracy and I like the simple explanations it gives. Another big plus is the access to CPAs that it gives you. The only negative that comes to mind is that navigating around your return can sometimes be tedious.

I've used Turbo Tax Home & Business for about 12 years now, and always come back to the same product because I'm so happy with it. It allows you to do your taxes for your small business as well as your personal (home) taxes together without having to go to separate software. It really helps to see how your refund / taxes due adjust per entry. And it makes it simple to itemize for business deductions. Excellent product.

TurboTax is easy to use and you are able to go back over details. Also you can save progress and start where you left off. One downside is you have to use the full social security # from other people. Independent contractors sometimes only get the last 4. This means I have to print and mail instead of e-file.

I have used turbo tax for many years and i love it it is one of the easiest programs to use and is up dated always I have used personal and business both are easy to use very helpful and worth the money spent for the program

I've been using TurboTax H&B to prepare my annual taxes for many years and it's always served me well. Although Intuit offers a free, online option, it's somewhat limited. I need to file a Schedule C (among other forms as well) , so the H&B installed version works the best for my needs. The TurboTax package includes up to five free federal electronic filings, which is convenient for those families that must file multiple tax returns. I can't say whether you'll get a bigger return using other software, or even by hiring a tax accountant, but I can say that I've never been disappointed with TurboTax.

All you need is this program when it comes tax time. I believe this is very similar to the programs the tax people use. We've used this program for years.

Been using this software many years and it gets better every time. Does good job of covering deductions that you may come across. Simple step by step filing.

I would recommend this product. However, explanation of non deductible items such as energy efficient improvements. Ask for prior year info only for 2017 when I have 5 years of TurboTax on my computer, and it doesn't search through these years for tax related documents(such as stock transactions. It keeps on getting more info when loading, and does not explain what has changed. Otherwise this is a very comprehensive product, but I would suggest using an accountant unless an individual is quite knowledgeable to begin with.

This downloaded quickly and easily to our laptop. We used it to file business and personal taxes, and it was relatively easy to use. We had to do some searching for a few things that were not placed on the forms through the questions that it guides you through; the search function could be easier to use. All in all, we were pleased with the product and will use it again next year. It should be easier, as it saves the information from the previous return, so it shouldn't be as much work.
