This is a great product. Not having to clean the carpets anymore is very good. The suction power is very impressive.

We use it all over the house. It will trip up on some rugs, and will trip up on wires so those need to be moved out of the way. The Roomba has been fault free so far and we are glad we have it. Fairly quiet, has a good capacity for dust and dirt, reliable and easy to use.

I like this product is easy to use it can control on iphone what you out at work..automatically change!! excellent product and don’t have to worry about it floor away keeps clean all day is good for clean carpet .. I will recommend this to friends..

Pros: flawlessly cleans the whole house. Navigates around everything and knows its way home. Battery does all of the rooms. Cons. If you have it scheduled to run every day you have to empty out that container every day so if you forget it will not start.

I was a little skeptical about how good of a job this bot could do but it does awesome! Just have to do a little touch up work in corners and now keeping the floor clean takes a lot less effort. I like how it maps out where it has been, how it stops to charge if needed, and notifies you on the app if it gets stuck.

We have lots of pet hair and it is doing great at cleaning it up. Tried out the invisible wall stop and it worked. Could use a bigger trash bin. I run it three times a week. It takes it two cycles to complete the job. It needs to charge and have its bin emptied.

I think my Roomba does amazing things on the hardwood, luckily most of my house is hard so it ends up looking pretty spotless. However, we do have two areas in our house with rugs, one being the bathroom and the other the kitchen. In the bathroom it is a medium to long loose shaggy rug and the Roomba did great on those, but the short, tight knit rugs we have in our kitchen still had dog hair and other things stuck to it and it didn't seem to suck up all the dirt within the rug.

I Rent an A-frame Loft and was hoping this could get those hard to get areas. Unfortunately the way my place is set up it was unable to get the tight spaces. The areas it did clean came out great. When I do get that future house I will be sure to purchase another one.

This thing is such a time saver! The app is great. I have it vacuum while I'm at work and the floors are spotless. My dog sheds awful and it picks it all up! I haven't had any issues with it getting stuck!

After several years of being a loyal fan of another brand of robot vacuum, we decided to try something new after our other vacuum died. We have two inside dogs--a German Sheppard and a Shih Tzu. Between the two of them, we constantly battle dog hair. We were pretty pleased with how our previous robot vacuum worked at keeping the pet hair cleaned up, but we were astounded at HOW MUCH MORE the iRobot brand picked up. Initially, I was hesitant to buy the Roomba because I thought that it cleaned in a random "pinball" pattern. My OCD couldn't handle the thought of that! But the Roomba 960 cleans in a linear pattern--YEAH!!! I love walking in to my bedroom and seeing nice, straight vacuum lines on the carpet! The Roomba also does a great job of transitioning from carpet to hardwood and tile. I would highly recommend the Roomba 960. Although it's at the upper end of the price range for robot vacuums, I feel as though it was worth every penny.

If you or your significant other can't stand dirty floors or dog hair in general this product is a blessing. To wake up in the morning to a clean floor incredible. Love the mapping of where it worked. Love the edge cleaning feature. The trap is always full of dog hair in my house but both the wife and I love it.

Yes this is a very expensive piece of equipment that cleans your house but it is worth every penny! Once connected to the app you can schedule it to work whenever you want or just hit the clean button! I have an AMazon Echo as well and I can get it to start cleaning before I even get out of bed!@ Does great with dog hair although you will have to empty the catcher often depending on how much your pet sheds. Would recommend this to anybody who wants one!

I think it is 100% worth the purchase . I have dogs and a cat that bring in a ton of dirt and occasionally a goat will sneak in and this vacuum keeps the fine grit dirt up better than anything. So happy I purchased this vacuum. Only reason i Give a 4 star is how small the "trash bin" is on it. it needs emptied just about every time or every other time it runs. Might not be as bad at a house without animals though. P.S.A I have hardwood floors not sure how it works on carpet

The Roomba 960 has to be one of the best things I have bought. It is simple to set up, use, and control while on the go. It is quiet and does wonders at picking up dirt like it should. Definitely recommended if you are always on the go but want a vacuumed home to arrive to!

Great to keep house clean in between vacuuming. Especially since I don't have time to vacuum every week.

Doesn’t totally replace vacuuming but does a great job of keeping things clean! It does get stuck on rugs that aren’t well secured to the floor sometimes and can take a few minutes to get back to home base when sent there. Does great with pet hair. Highly recommend!

The Roomba 960 works well. It’s great for picking up pet hair. Sometimes it does not make it back to base before battery dies but that’s not a big deal for me. Got it on sale for a great price too.

I got this on sale on Black Friday. It does a great job vacuuming and is easy to empty and remove my hair from the rollers. It does get stuck on little rugs or under my recliner when I’ve moved it from it’s spot, but other than that it’s perfect!
