My home consist of 2 adults, toddler & a boxer. Does a great job vacuuming entire home (tile, carpet, laminate flooring). Sometimes it will get stuck cornering (under) a bed frame but not consistently. Recommend using often, helps with vacuum bin not filling up too fast.

The roomba 960 is perfect for big houses because it can map and pick the job from the same place where the job stopped. Originally, we went to look for a cheaper model on sale during Black Friday, but we realize that the cheaper one is good for small places

This is so easy to use and very helpful for time saving. I just turn it on before I leave or use the app to set it off before I get home and when I do arrive home I have freshly vacuumed floors with no effort on my part. It’s small enough to fit under my couch and even my bed which is only about 4.5 inches from the ground. I love that when I moved my bed it wasn’t all dirty underneath as it would be with traditional vacuuming. I have a 800 sq ft apartment and it does just fine for battery and even makes 2 passes in the kitchen (I guess it’s been deemed as the dirtiest place). It’s never needed supervision as long as I put a few things up (it once got stuck on the fan cord). Even when it gets stuck initially it will try to get free for a few minutes then will shut off to prevent any damage to itself or the object. I love my lil robot friend.

Very impressed with the suction and how many pet hair the iRobat is able to collect after each run. The carpets look great after Roomba is done vacuuming. Bonus: it gets kids pick up their things from the floors :)

This is my first robotic vacuum. We have a single story home about 2,000 square feet. It's all hard floors except for rugs. The roomba does a great job picking up the pet hair and other dirt from the hard floors. It keeps the house looking clean regularly and we only have to do a deep clean once in a while to get the spots that it can't get. I like that the roomba get underneath some furniture that we probably wouldn't reach otherwise, like under the bed. My biggest complaint is that the roomba doesn't do well on our rugs. we have a living room rug that is way too shaggy for the roomba. It's annoying because it will try to clean it and then get stuck. The only option is to put the virtual walls up in front of the rug. I wish it was smart enough to not clean this on its own. The navigation does work good and I like how it will charge itself and resume where it left off. One of the wheel modules broke a few weeks after I got it but iRobot sent me a replacement that only took 5 minutes to swap out.

I was pleasantly surprised how well this unit cleans both hardwood and carpet. We have 2 dogs and a cat and it picks up their hair with no problems. It really needs to come with more than 1 virtual wall. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

We have been using ROOMBAs for years. My wife says she can’t live without a Roomba. It is amazing how much is picked up every day! It does have difficulty going from hardwood over rugs but even with that said, it keeps the floors looking great

The Roomba 960 is the best robotic vacuum I’ve ever owned! It works great. I like the way it works with Alexa. Just say “Alexa, tell Roomba to start cleaning”, and it will clean the entire house. It will go recharge itself when the battery gets low and begin again when recharged until the entire house has been vacuumed. You will need to empty the bin occasionally, but the app on your phone will give you notifications of what needs attention, and it will notify you when it has completed cleaning. It works well on carpet and hard floors. It cleans in a logical pattern as opposed to my older Roomba which used a random pattern. I’m very happy with my purchase.

I have two short hair dogs and a hard wood floor. It’s great with cleaning the dog hair.

I have a golden retriever and a great pyrenees mix. Before the Roomba (we named him Roombi), we had fur balls tumbling by on a regular basis. Any owner of a shedder knows what I'm talking about. I set my Roomba to vacuum twice a day...once while I'm getting ready for work and again when I get home. Roombi's still new so I'm learning what he does and does not have trouble with, so I like to use him while I'm home. He kept getting stuck under my coffee table, but once I started using the little barrier thing that comes included we were in good shape. The dogs are completely fine with the Roomba, they stay out of its way for the most part. Super impressed with this little robot. Oh and they're super easy to set up for use. If you're a pet owner looking to significantly reduce your time spent cleaning, get one of these like now.

This item cut my cleaning time in half. I do the dusting and the IRobot does the rest.

Works good on wood floors and tile, I like the app. Would give more star except on a full charge it won't do all of our first floor (@1700sq ft) and you have to about once a week take the little side wheel off to clean the hair, dust or whatever gets wrapped around it or it quits turning.

It sometimes has issues with rugs. I wish the bin was bigger. Overall I’m very happy with it.

So far so good. Have both carpet and hardwood floor and the roomba 960 does a great job picking up the dust and dirt It takes two trips to do the job usually needs to recharge after 90 minutes and finishes where it left off

I'm happy with it overall. I think it cleans the bare floors better than carpets. It has some problems with certain carpets because it won't go near my living room carpet due to the patterns. For the price I think the battery should last longer and have a bigger trash container.

Works good to clean tile floors and cuts down on the number of times I need to vacuum

Love Love Love this, easy setup. Grabs so much cat hair i wasn’t even aware of. Sweeps everything up, but i love that it grabs the cat hair you cant even see. Worth every penny. Turn it on and it sweeps everything up.

Does well on carpets and tile. Also can clean bath mats without sucking them up. Although it does get stuck sometime on the scale or underneath a couch corner or cabinet. If you have pets, periodically remove the rollers and clean them out as well as the area behind the dust bin.
