Got this for my wife as a birthday present and she loves how great it keeps the floors. We have 2 pets and we rarely see hair anymore. Excellent purchase

It seems to work great and charges it self. I picks up a lot of fiber off rugs and carpet so the little holder needs to be emptied frequently. Otherwise it does a great job.

This has turned out to be quite an excellent item for helping around the house. Setup is very easy, but you must follow the instructions exactly to set up the WiFi services. Once it learns its way around your house, you will be amazed at the dust and lint it picks up that you never knew existed. We have been using for about 1 week now, and have learned how to "prep" the house to make sure it works best. Things like loose power cords, shoestrings, etc. tend to wrap around the cleaner and cause it to stop. Using the App to control has been easy, and the mapping software is nice. You can actually see a "map" of your house, and tell where it has been cleaning.

Our iRobot has exceeded our expectations. The goal was to pick up dog hair regularly and it has done a very thorough job. My only recommendation would be a larger trash bin.

Just bought a second Roomba for my vacation home. These devices work great. I love putting the Roomba to work and sitting down to relax with a cup of coffee. I do feel that you need to supervise these devices and I would never schedule them to run when I am not at home since they can become tangled in electrical chords of lamps etc. I also tend to place objects to keep them contained in an area since they sometimes forget to clean areas well. I have also noticed that they will obsessively clean an area that is not dirty. But overall, they are worth the money and I think think the higher end models work better.

It does the job cleaning. There are some instances when the task is "clean everywhere" and it leaves the dock; goes around near the dock then goes back home. The only way I got it to clean further is manually remove from the dock and move it dar the. Hit clean. Otherwise if you hit clean on the app, it's buggy. I heard the newer version maps out and saves it. This one doesn't. It cleans well so it fine for what it needs to do. Software needs work

Good cleaning quality. Easy to set up. Look for every available space to cover and clean. My wife love it. Cleans good hard surfaces and carpets.

This product works as advertised. It will clean all types of flooring. It will go from carpet, hardwood, to rug with no problem. Quite and battery last 2 hours.

This thing is awesome for maintaining floors everyday. Sends you a report with a map of everything it cleaned when it is done. If you are considering this..... Buy it. It is worth every penny.

I have hardwood floors and this vacuum works great. It goes over area rugs fine, gets underneath a majority of my furniture and is easy to use. It has saved a ton of time and keeps the common areas clean. In some ways it’s better than a traditional vacuum because it can go under most of my furniture where a traditional vacuum I had to either move the furniture or use an attachment. The 960 is better than some of the lower priced vacuums because it navigates much better. I tried the 890 and the Samsung and although they vacuumed fine they did not do it as efficiently. It’s worth spending the extra money.

We like the little vacuum but do wish the fence beam was a bit longer. We bought some add on beacons. Overall good performance and oddly enjoyable to watch

The Roomba 960 is a Beast. It works as advertised, the unit will run over just about everything. It is very smart and can map out your whole home.

It does a good job of cleaning our first floor that is an open floor plan. The only problem is that it frequently gets stuck under some of our furniture and is unable to clean the entire floor.

This is a great vacuum and dog hair never gets tangled. Problem is the bin gets full quickly. It isn’t full but the pet hair hits the sensors and it thinks it is.

The Roomba cannot be left alone unattended. This is the first robot vacuum we have owned and they likely all have similar limitations.. It inevitably gets caught up in something. We do our best to pick up before it is run, but any stray cord or shoe with laces can get it stuck. Even blankets that hang too low to the ground. Keep your closets closed. Out of 20 or so runs we have only had a few without incident needing human intervention. Nonetheless it works as advertised and has kept the dog hair down and the floors are nicer to walk on in bare feet. It is a good for daily maintenance but not a substitute for proper cleaning of the floors.

I’ve been browsing for nearly a year to get an automated vacuum for the house. Something do a light cover of the house because I have a cat who loves to fling litter. So when I finally made the purchase, I figured to set it up to clean an hour before I get home from work. On the first day, it ways already noticeable. “She” even ran over the cat’s litter mat which is a tough risen plastic piece of carpet. Now when I’m home on weekends, the place feels dirty because she’s not working - I’ve been spoiled. Worth the purchase. My one complaint is that the machine is Google Asst. and Alexa friendly but not Apple Home which is what I primarily use.

It saves my time as it cleans my home as its own based on the schedule. Dust bin capacity is lesser compared to its rivals, but adequate for me. Mapping helps tracking the cleaning activities. It couldn’t find the docking station few times. Only problem I’m experiencing is the noise. I received complaints for my neighbor staying down stairs regarding the noise that it makes, mostly when it cleans bare floors. I may have to return this If I get more complaints on the noise side. Overall the product is very useful.

Had NEATO robo vac before I purchased this one and there is no comparison. Roomba is more quiet, faster, and cleans better than neato ever did. You get what you pay for!!

My wife researched and picked this unit. The argument was that we have a new dog that sheds excessively and we needed to vacuum often. I quickly corrected her and said, “No, WE do not need to vacuum. While the floors do need to be vacuumed often, WE already own a vacuum, and WE made two kids that are old enough to help out.” Well, 45 minutes later I picked I’m up our Roomba... I am extremely impressed with everything about this unit. It was very thoughtfully engineered...even small details about how the small parts disassemble when periodic cleaning is needing. It’s all foolproof*. The final outcomes are great. It vacs nice, straight lines (think Wrigley Field visual) and the app gives you great control and daily feedback about where it’s been. The ability to control the unit via verbal cues (I linked it to our Google Home system) makes life better than the Jetsons. Very well done. I won’t go so far as to say that my wife was right, but this was really, really close:) I will write that she was right, though. Don’t tell anyone that part. * - even after a few old fashioneds

This roomba is awesome!! So easy to use and picks up stuff you can’t see! Have 3 dogs and it gets all hair!!! Definitely a great buy!
