This roomba is awesome!! So easy to use and picks up stuff you can’t see! Have 3 dogs and it gets all hair!!! Definitely a great buy!

How did I not get this sooner! Life changing little helper with ease to use. Crazy how much it picks up even after a good sweeping.

I really like this model. I would not want to run it while I'm not home, so for me the app doesn't do anything worthy. But the little guy is a clean freak. He gets under things I can't get to with a stick vacuum. I have to empty the tray once or twice before he is done, so I can see the advantage in the higher end models that self empty. Since I intend to be home, doing other things while he's vacuuming, I don't mind keeping an eye on him. Most importantly, my house is cleaner. I'm happy with my purchase.

This thing fills it's bin in just one room with dog hair and I only have a German Shepard puppy. It could probably suck a golf ball through a garden hose

We have a German Shepherd so it was a full time chore sweeping up the hair. Not anymore it's made life so much easier. Couldn't be more pleased with the purchase.

This is my 3rd iRobot purchase and love that it is much quieter and smoother than others and seems to gather pet hair much easier.

My husband bought me this amazing little robot because he was sick of me vacuuming all the time! Now, we have set it up so that it vacuums everyday while we are at work. We come home to clean floors every day! And, because it vacuums in a different direction each time, my carpet looks almost brand new and it's 15 years old! It makes the carpet look brighter and fluffier. It also transitions seamlessly between our carpet and tile floors. The app on my phone lets alerts me when the robot is done. It also lets us know if the bin is full and needs emptying. I have so much more time now to do other things and not be a slave to household chores!

The wife loves it it’s great because it cleans when we’re not there does a great job on pet hair and get stuck sometimes so nothing you can do about that when you’re not home

Love this Roomba. It is an improvement over my older one )which is still in use downstairs) as far as cleaning, the battery stays charged longer, and I don't have to monitor it like the old one. It does go from the floor to carpet in my house and I use it as a tidy upper rather than as a main vacuum. I like that it parks itself in it's base. I have had the most difficulty with the app and don't use it at this point, but might try it again when I have the time to work on it.

I bought this vacuum because we just don't find enough time to do this simple task in our busy household and I figure if I can automate something I'm going to. Even though I read online reviews saying they work well I was leery that a small little disk like this would actually do good job sucking up whatever makes it's way to our floors. After two weeks of using it I'm amazed a what a great job it does and watching it map the floorpan and figure out of house is pretty fascinating to watch. I highly recommend.

Fun to use and easy to clean. Great design for pet fur and long hair. Effortless cleaning of the unit compared to any beater brush model I’ve had to maintained in the past.

I had my doubts when we first bought, and that it could truly clean a very complicated floor layout with any accuracy and/or cleanliness. I was quickly proven wrong! The unit does an amazing job and follows the floor layout without issue. In watching it you think it missed and area and such, but it eventually gets back there and cleans it. It does a very good job cleaning all types of floors, from wood to carpet. The only reason I gave it 4 out of stars is that it struggles to clean really thick, heavy, decorative floor carpets as well as it cleans everything else.

We have 2 german shepards and a cat so we use this every two days and it really keeps up with the hair! We have to empty it two or three times while it runs but thats not a big deal considering how much time we save vaccuming. I bought this in January and only pulled the real vacuum out a handful of times and swept here and there. We mostly have wood flooring with some rugs. It will get caught up on smaller rugs like in the bathroom or hallway, but does a good job on the large rug in the living room. Overall we love the 960 roomba!

I’ve been using it for a few weeks, and it has it’s ups and downs. First, it’s very expensive (obviously). It does pick up, but not a deep clean. Seems a bit noisy. Mine has problems getting stuck on the edge of one carpet, going from light to dark surfaces. It gets tangled in the fringe on my other carpet. Sometimes it gets stuck somewhere in the house, and I can’t find it! I think it’s best for open-concept houses with little furniture and bare floors. And, good for frequent and daily runs.

Will recommend it to anyone. Very easy to operate. Does an excellent job cleaning. Works very good if you have pets. Would not be without one.

We have a Corgi that sheds and this product works great on our floors. We do have to empty and clean the filter everyday. I like the freedom to program it to start each day and when I get home everything is clean. It will also send you a message when it has finished cleaning.

Helps with cleaning under beds, tables and hard to reach areas. Pet hair is easily picked up. First cleaning took several empties of hair, not so much with repeat cleaning.

We have hard floors, no carpet for the living area. This Roomba goes over room transitions just fine. It picks up the loose cat hair (why I wanted one) just fine. This should reduce the need to vacuum down to every other week. Unfortunately, it’s still seems pretty dumb. Insists on wedging itself under the sofas, decides it’s done cleaning bedrooms 3’ in the door, and most recently bounced all over the house looking for it’s base. I hope it learns more, but even as it is it’s been a big help with keeping this house clean. Don’t expect this to replace a good vacuum, but as a supplement it’s great!

I like this vaccum a lot. Especially since I don't like vaccuming. I does a great job but is expensive. I wish I would have waited until Black Friday.

I have had mine about one month now and I am very pleased with it's performance. I have a very large open room and the Roomba vacuums the room in a pattern to cover the full room. I have had to clear hair from the brush twice (my daughter has very long hair) and was notified on the app that it needed attention. It does transition from the hardwood floors and rugs easily. I have it timed to complete the whole house daily while we are at work during the week and for 1 am on Saturday night.
