Great for some rooms - awesome on carpet. Has some trouble with small furniture legs (chairs) and getting around. Does a great job in bedrooms or when isolated to a cleared space.

Easy to set up and get started. I loved watching it do the work. Not sure how well the filter works, because I thought I smelled dust when it was done. But in fairness, the room had a lot of dust bunnies when it started. Overall I am happy with it after a few vacuuming sessions.

Easy to set up and to connect to an Amazon Echo system so you start it remotely before you arrive home. great cleaning up our pets hair.

This little vacuum has been great. It is on a timer to clean daily. Use it other times when leaving the house. Cleans up the hardwood floors and picks up the dog hair.

Robot is good for small rooms carpet cleaning It has issues of keep coming back to base otherwise fine.

Great for homes with different types of flooring. Does a great job on hard flooring and low pile carpet. Deeper pile won't yield great results but adequate for daily maintenance. Does a fantastic job working around furniture and finds every nook and cranny with dogged determination. If the bin is full or she runs out of juice, she automatically returns to dock, then picks up where she left off after recharging. Amazing! We have kids and cats so our floors were always littered with crumbs. But now thanks to Rosie, I can walk barefoot on my hardwoods without crumbs sticking to my feet! Great investment!

I studied these products on-line and decided on the 960 as a good balance of features and price. I bought 3 of them, one for my wife, my daughter, and my daughter-in-law. The feedback I got from all three was that they are very happy with the product. When they are happy, so am I. The only issue, which was quickly solved, was that occasionally the 960 would get stuck under a toe board or a center post table leg.

Works great, easy to set up, dogs don’t bother it, super quiet, goes over scatter rugs and floor transitions easily.

I've had a Roomba 650 for several years, but was getting tired of it constantly eating cat toys and randomly stumbling around the house. This Roomba is a MASSIVE upgrade! It doesn't eat cat toys, it cleans the house in an intelligent way, and does an amazing job.

Outstanding cleaning of hardwood floor with area rugs. I just wish it would go up and down stairs. The app also will display a map of the cleaned areas.

Perfect for an on the go lifestyle. This thing sucks in a good way. Rarely gets stuck, but when it does it notifies you through the app. Really a 6 Star item.

We have 2 dogs and the 3 main rooms of the house have a hard surface floor. We bought this to run every or other day to manage the dog hair until the weekend when we clean the floors. The collection box is small but we have not had an issue empting it after each use. We need to pick up the throw rug at the kitchen sink otherwise it sucks the corner up, stops moving and keep running. It learned the rooms and works as expected. We run while home, it doesn't make that much noise, so the dogs don't play with it.

Th Roomba does a great job cleaning, when it not going over the same spots over and over. The cleaning bin constantly needs to be cleaned, even when it's on an every day cleaning schedule. Cleaning bin is too small for the job. Too sensitive. Overall, I had to return since I can vaccum my whole house in 30 min. as opposed to the two hours + it takes for the roomba, plus having to clean out the bin and sensors to finish. Save your money.

I recently got a corgi - they shed so much! I have mostly tile, and I am diligent to sweep and mop weekly. However I noticed the dust bunnies piling up and needed to call in some reinforcements. I went with this baby - and I'm so glad I did! I like to set it up to clean while I'm gone, and now I'm not seeing nearly as much stuff - it's so efficient! I still sweep and mop weekly, but this definitely has lightened the load on me. It gets stuck every now and then, but overall it's fantastic!

At first I wasn’t convinced, but then I emptied the iRobot and I was sold. This thing works great! The settings even show a map of the area your vacuum went and it shows areas it can’t get to or missed. I could’ve probably saved money and not boughten the WiFi iRobot. Since we can’t really just randomly start the vacuum when we are not home because we have 2 kids who leave legos all over. So we have to do a visual sweep of the area first. Save yourself some money and don’t get the WiFi ;)

The 960 works great. It's ability to keep our bare floors clean of pet hair (1 dog, 2 cats) is fantastic. I can run this every day and the waste bin will be full every time. Walking around the house barefoot has never been as comfortable. The secondary advantage to owning any Roomba is that it forces you to keep your house more clutter free in order to allow the vacuum to do a better job. So not only are your floors cleaner, but you tend to leave less clutter laying about. With 2 kids and busy schedules, this vacuum has added great value to our daily lives.

Very good vacuum. Works well and cleans well only drawback is bin must be emptied after each use. If you forget to do that it donesnt clean the next cycle

I got this for my mom as a Christmas present. I have to admit I had some reservations that it would work out for her. I put it together, charged it up, and we put the thing to work. All my reservations were gone within the first few minutes of seeing this little thing girl. It does a fantastic job and we were surprised at all of the dirt that had been picked up. It’s super easy to use, works really well, and she loves it. I am convinced. I am waiting for the i7 to go on sale so I can get one for myself.

I have purchased numerous vac robots and all struggled with golden retriever fur. The fur would get caught in the axle and because of design, could not be removed. This model makes it easier to remove fur after each use. I’m hopeful that this model will continue to perform at the current level. I have hard floors and multiple pets and run it every day. The golden retriever fur is the main challenge the house still needs the upright vac and mopping, but that can be done once a week, thanks to this unit.
