Easy to set up, Easy to use. Makes life easier and you can control it anywhere. Roomba cleans better than the standard vacuum

We bought this for my mom for Mother’s Day and she loves it. There haven’t been any issues with it going from carpet to rug to tile floors. It’s navigating around the house on its own and already able to find its way back “home”. It’s been easy for my mom to use (who isn’t tech savvy) and she appreciates the “vacuum lines”. We haven’t downloaded the app yet, but she’s excited about the opportunities available from there as well. Overall, a good purchase so far.

Easy to use and very efficient vacuum. I programmed it to run on a certain time and does the job for me every day. Easy maintenance too.

It cleans thoroughly but has trouble finding “home” when you send it there, but it is fun to watch looking.

Does a great job cleaning the floors (where it can get). To really clean you need to iRobot Proof your house. We had to put slight lifts under our couch so it wouldn't get stuck. We also will try to get anything we can off the floor so it doesn't hit many obstacles. The Round shape also makes it difficult for it to get in corners. Overall I am glad we bought it and with some prep work it is much better then pulling out the regular vacuum.

Excellent but noisy and forgets where it has been. Covers same area multiple times. Loses power before it returns to base sometimes. Satisfied overall.

The IRobot 960 does a great job vacuuming. Really picks up everything. It does need to recharge before getting our entire 1st floor done, but will resume where it left off which is helpful. The only issue o still have to work out is getting it the vacuum to stay in one room as I have an open floor plan, but don’t always need all the rooms vacuumed. Overall, I love the IRobot and am happy to not have to vacuum myself as often.

This has been a fantastic purchase for us. That’s little robot does a great job And gets under things that I couldn’t get with my regular vacuum cleaner. You have to train it at the beginning but then after that it seems to know where it’s going. Most of the time is able to get back to the home charging station to recharge but if it doesn’t, you just pick it up and set it down at the charging station. I would definitely buy again.

this vacuum cleaner is so good, it gives around 1 hour of cleaning after full charge, i can monitor activity and maintenance through the app, and i can start cleaning duty before i can reach home by just clicking clean button from app

First robotic vacuum and I love it. It does an awesome job on carpet and vinyl planks. Easy to set up. Don’t use when you’re sleeping!

Chastised myself for buying what I figured would end up being a glorified sweeper, but I am now so happy I made the purchase. The 960 works quietly, effectively, efficiently, and thoroughly. I have 2 shorthaired dogs and it does a great job pulling their hair out of the rugs and carpet. Even works on bath mats and throw rugs that are difficult to vacuum with my regular vacs. The 960 leaves beautiful parallel lines in the carpet as it works showing just how accurate and efficient the room mapping works in this model.

My kids love this thing until it fills up and they have to empty it. It does a daily good job just have to empty too frequently.

Excellent vacuum cleaner. Easy to set up and being able to control it and set up a cleaning via the app is a great feature. We have both wooden and carpet floors in our home, and this does an excellent job. It's also quick to learn the layout of our home. If it gets stuck, you will get notified immediately via the app, even though this doesn't happen often. We have been using it for a bit over a month. Highly recommended.

This machine does and excellent job, once you get it set up. It does such and excellent job I need to empty the bin several times each cleaning. Our unit is only 1500sf, but we have a small dog and half carpet half tile floor. Each cleaning I must empty the bin 2 to 3 times. This is the only problem I have we the 960 is the bin is too small. During set up and initial running the instructions are very weak. Especially with the wi-fi set up and initial mapping instructions. However, once it is going, it is great.

I always was telling my wife we don't need one, we can just vacuum our house, we don't have that much. We broke down and bought this unit and it has been the best purchase for the house. It is so convenient to just pickup the dog toys and hit go. It cleans our house in about 40 minutes and only once required to empty bin with 2 dogs. I highly recommend this unit for a single floor.

My wife fell in love with her friends Roomba so she just had to purchase one. one year later it is working just as great as the first time. This vacuum picks up dirt that you would not have expected, especially AFTER sweeping and mopping your home. The app works beautifully and it is surprisingly quiet. The cons: the bin fills up quickly, the battery does not last for an entire sweep, and it does not always trace its steps from previous sweeps.
