This is a game changer. It has significantly reduced the time to clean our house. The only downside is that the I have to remove the lightweight area rugs before roomba starts but that’s not a big deal. I love that it cleans the house based on schedule and resumes cleaning where it left off. I would love if it could self empty the bin as mine gets full after every cycle. But overall I highly recommend this product

I vacuumed my house from 2 states away. How awesome is that? I just tap clean in my phone it tells me when it’s done or needs to be emptied. It tracks all sorts of other stuff on a chart for you to review.

This is my first robot vacuum; it was very quick to set up and for the most part does a good job with pet hair (two cats) on a lot of carpeting. With that said, despite the camera it still bumbles into things and does not do a great job on hard floors with fine particles. The included virtual wall seems hit and miss; hoping a future software update will allow for using the mapping feature to set off limits areas.

This was a gift from my husband. And truth be told, I just loved it. Now we don’t have to move around with the bulky vacuum cleaner. My husband has paired roomba with Alexa and cleaning is so much easier.

Had to return it to the store and bougth another iRobot model (i4) from Costco. Issues with this model: shorter battery life compared to i4. The mapping is not much better than less expensive i4. The rubber brushes do not pick dogs hair from carpets but make rolls. Good thing: picks dog hairs from floor as good as i4.

Purchased about a year ago. Still works great, and gets the job done. We have 3 dogs, and Rosie (that is what we named her, its a Jetsons reference) never misses a beat. Like anything, you just have to make sure it gets properly maintained. Emptying out the tray, and cleaning accordingly. As well as changing out the filter, brush, and rollers as needed.

Cleans my entire house and remembers where it has been and keeps the dog hair under control.

Was not sure how it was going to do since I do have a "mazy" downstairs. It was able to move around and hit all the areas with no problems. It took about 1.5 hours but the hardwood floors looked great.

I had a 620 for years but since the addition of 2 cats, wanted to bump up cleaning power with a 960. This little bot cleans better than my vacuum and has lightened the color of the carpet 2 shades (cat hair elimination). The phone app is fun. I don't have to climb between furniture to push the Start button. The app will start it! I can also program days when it will run by itself. You can edit paths and number of sweep passes, too! I love it! Well worth the price!

I replaced an iRobot 560 model with this one and it performs a lot better. I like the wifi access and the ability for it to return home and charge and then clean again. It still gets stuck in tight spots but not as much as the 560 did and I love the new rollers that don't require hair removal. I have used it for about a month and it seems to get more of the house clean. I can't decipher the map graph on the app to tell if it got everywhere but I can see the run time to tell how much it cleaned.

I like it. It works well on tile and carpet. The app is easy to use.

Gets lost quite a bit. Small bin for a household with pets. Empty twice a day. Easy to install.

Roomba's are great especially when you have a dog that sheds. Easy to program to have it clean while I'm at work.

We had another similar name brand "robot" vacuum, and it was wonderful. My wife constantly praised it, and showed it off all of the time to our visiting friends and family . But sadly, it broke down so many times (4) the company decided to give us our money back. Our lives became sad and dusty again. For many many months our household felt dark and alone like something was missing. Then I purchased the iRobot - Roomba 960 App-Controlled Self-Charging Robot Vacuum . This vacuum is a GEM! It actually looks like it knows where and what it's doing! When it's battery is tired it "finds" it's way back to the charger. We have two dogs and it does a phenomenal job at picking up all of the dog hair. We also have hard wood flooring and carpet which it does a seamless job adjusting to the floor heights. And most importantly, my wife is happy again! She walks around the house with a smile and a spring in her step! She yells out to the Roomba "Great job little buddy" from time to time. This doesn't make me jealous, I just look over at our iRobot - Roomba 960 App-Controlled Self-Charging Robot Vacuum and give it a wink and a hearty thumbs up, and think, Thanks Bro! "Seriously, it's a great machine and I highly recommend it"!

I have a dog that sheds and have been wanting one of these for a long time. I finally decided to buy it. I love that I can schedule the day and time I wish it to run. The WiFi option gives me the control to turn it on when I’m away from home. The only problem with doing it when I’m away from home is that if it is trying to vacuum the whole house, the bin gets full and it can’t finish the job. What a time saver! Great for keeping the pet hair under control.

Easy to control and command in app. The only downer is the size of the storage for dirt is obviously very small.

We purchased this Roomba 960 after doing a whole bunch of research. We purchased another model and was not happy with performance and features. The 960 is everything we were looking for and more.We have a pet and the hair on the dark hardwood floors was a problem. Not anymore. The 960 goes from hardwood floors to thick area rugs with ease. I was amazed at how it cleans around furniture legs, under furniture and beds. It sure has made our life easier. Get One!

I am so in love with our roomba. It has totally made my life easier regarding maintaining an active home. I have problems with my lower back so when it came to vacuuming, it had to be done in courses. My kids are responsible for their spaces. With two dogs and a dog door, lots of outside debris gets tracked in constantly. Roomba helps keep my floors clean and I am also noticing the dust level reducing in our house. So all that has to be good for us overall.
