What a cleaning game changer!! I freakin love this little robot! I have a 2,600sf house with tile & carpets in the bedrooms. It cleans all the floors while we’re at work & does a wonderful job. It’s just the 2 of us but we entertain pretty much every wknd & this has cut down the vacuuming exponentially. This is one of those products that you wish you had bought wayyy sooner than you did.

We have a smaller home with hardwood floors and a cat and a young child, Roomba has been a godsend. After the first use, my wife and I couldn't believe how clean our floors felt under our feet. The unit rolls over our low pile rugs with no issue, but does not work well on our high pile shag rug, which is only a small part of a house, so we don't mind. Our house is one story, so we don't have to worry about stairs. All in all, we're greatly satisfied with our purchase.

Highly priced but well worth the money. It works great. Had a cheaper one and this beats it by leaps and bounds

3 large dogs (medium to heavy shredders depending on the dog), 1 cat, tiny house. I wanted this to work as amazing as I'd read. My house is all hard surface except out living room rug that is where most of the hair gathers. The roomba would often decide to go everywhere except this rug. If I put it on it directly is went for the nearest edge and avoided it like the plague. It would run over the hair piles on the rug and the piles wouldn't move at all. Almost never made it back to base on it's own, for me a very minor problem. The schedule setting would allow you to pre-program one route a day. I would have it run in the early morning, then reset the program to go again when I left after emptying the bin, then again at night once the bin was emptied. Wish I could have just programmed these times in, instead of 2x having to manually do it. Our hard surfaces looked great. Bumped gently into tables and chairs, causing no damage and finding it's way around. If I had less pet hair per square feet and no area rug, this would have been worth the investment. Not for me. After a week it kept giving me errors about being full, stuck, or other random things that didn't make sense. I did return this item

This vacuum does a great job and we are pleased with the results. However, it seem to get stuck quite a bit.

It was okay I did return it because Best Buy would not adjust the price after black Friday. So I went and purchased the 980 from Bed Bath & Beyond and my wife just loves it. The battery last so much longer.

My husband just cannot physically vacuum as much as needed so he got our Roomba for a manservant. Easy enough for a senior to set up, use and maintain. After running it every day for 5 days, the carpet looks amazing. With a shelter living indoors, always some hair to pick up & does so VERY WELL! We like how this bot cleans wood & carpeted floors equally well. Excellent! We recommend highly.

Love the Roomba. Got a second one for my second floor of the house. It is scheduled to run overnight and we clean it in the morning. Keeps the animal fur to a minimum, and cleans up all the other random stuff while it is at it. Going from hardwood to carpets to rugs, is no problem for the Roomba. App makes it easy to monitor and the cleaning map, allows me to see where it’s been.

We have two black dogs that throw a lot of hair and maple floors. This model does a great job of taking care of all the hardwood. The entrance carpets look way better than the weekly vacuuming they used to get. Maybe should have gone with the next model up so that it would auto clean the hopper, as our square footage and dog hair requires two charges and two empties. You need to keep the house tidy so it doesn't get stuck on shoestrings, etc..

This thing is my best friend. It is fabulous. I have three cats, two dogs, a toddler, a infant and a husband. I need all the help with cleaning I can get! I put this baby on a program and boom it vaccuums while we aren’t even home. I will say that it has a hard time with high pile carpets. Drains its battery quick so no good for carpets but great for hard floors.

With everyone at home due to COVID, our old roomba (2003) was not able to keep up. We got an Amazon price Match on this one, and we have been happy ever since, the app on the phone that lets you see where it cleaned, and allows you schedule is awesome. The cleaning power is great... and the fact it will go back to the charger when the battery is low, and then resume the cleaning is fantastic

Gets stuck sometimes, but when it doesn’t it cleans our hardwood and tile floors great.

Great vacuum. Get a protection plan the batteries start going after a couple years.

We named our machine Briget. You can set her work schedule from your phone and review her completed work the same way.. We are saving many hours of floor cleaning thanks to her..Just luv it.

I got this Roomba almost a year ago to be able to run it daily due to indoor pets and too much fur in my carpets. This Roomba is very powerful and is able to get dirt and hair off my floors even after I've just vacuumed with my Dyson! I love it, it is easy to empty it , and it is not super loud, though it does make a vacuum type sound. My animals got used to it and we bought a second one for our upstairs! Highly recommend this for pet owners.

I really enjoy not having to vacuum my house and this little guy does a pretty good job of it. The only complaint I have that sometimes it squeaks loudly after it gets stuck in a corner or something. I thought that I had a defective unit so I went back and got a replacement. Same thing happen with the new one. It doesn’t Galen often but when it does it can be very annoying!

Works great! Keeps my floors really clean. Great for pet hair! Very impressed by it. Worth the money.

Cleans methodically & returns to charge base with no issues. Resumes cleaning after it has recharged. I have had this for only a few weeks & am really pleased with it so far. Will have to wait long term to make a full decision long. I had 3 of another machine that I liked but all 3 wiped out the motherboard. I would definitely recommend this machine. I also like the phone application.

I have a lot of wood and tile flooring and it does a great job. Was pleasantly surprised how well it cleans rugs and carpets also. It figures out how to get around items and up onto thick rugs. I wouldn't say you are never going to have to get your upright vacuum out ever again but it definitely helps as I have to clean daily in our big busy home. Only thing I don't like is that it takes a long time to get everything done.

Does the job, great with pet hair, but gets stuck a lot when it goes from tile to wooden floor and vice versa.
