This is a good compromise for the price. We had a cheaper brand and it didn't do the job, but the higher priced Roombas are just too expensive. This model, especially on sale, is affordable and really helps keep our living room clean. You can buy offbrand replacement parts (rolls, brushes, etc.) on ebay for much cheaper than Roomba sells them.

Was very surprised to see how well this thing works. For the price, I expected it to be good, but it really does find all the corners and is consistent. Love the scheduling feature and the fact that you can see where it vacuumed in the App. Only recommendation is to keep your floors clear of things like wires and small objects, so they don't interfere with its function.

We named our machine Briget. You can set her work schedule from your phone and review her completed work the same way.. We are saving many hours of floor cleaning thanks to her..Just luv it.

I got this Roomba almost a year ago to be able to run it daily due to indoor pets and too much fur in my carpets. This Roomba is very powerful and is able to get dirt and hair off my floors even after I've just vacuumed with my Dyson! I love it, it is easy to empty it , and it is not super loud, though it does make a vacuum type sound. My animals got used to it and we bought a second one for our upstairs! Highly recommend this for pet owners.

Bought for my daughter and her husband for Christmas. They were really excited about the present and they love it! Caught it discounted on Bestbuy.com so was a great deal. Roomba vacuums do a great job picking up and they seem to learn their whereabouts so random behavior and bumps seem to become less frequent over time. Super purchase - highly recommend!

I have a lot of wood and tile flooring and it does a great job. Was pleasantly surprised how well it cleans rugs and carpets also. It figures out how to get around items and up onto thick rugs. I wouldn't say you are never going to have to get your upright vacuum out ever again but it definitely helps as I have to clean daily in our big busy home. Only thing I don't like is that it takes a long time to get everything done.

This is our second Roomba and an upgrade from a 4 year old base model. Very happy. I like that this one is more methodical and leaves straight lines. It gets in deep and keeps our carpets very clean. It runs every day, recharged and starts going again until it’s done the whole area. Great device. Saves a lot of time.

Does the job, great with pet hair, but gets stuck a lot when it goes from tile to wooden floor and vice versa.

Recently moved into a house with all laminate floors, a Labrador retriever and a husband who has a relaxed attitude toward cleaning. Before we go on some errands, it takes me 7 minutes to move certain pieces of furniture out of the way. I set "Rozy" going and walk out the door. I come back to a house that looks like your hotel room has been re-done. Love it, love it, love it.

I didn't vacuum. I had one for years and got it out once every 2. Roombario Dustbin works at least 2 hours every week. I have long hair and I noticed I was accumulating a lot in my carpets. So when I went to buy a new vacuum I decided to trust the robots. It picks up all my hair. Keeps dust to a minimum. It's sucked up coins, ear pods, chips...

I clean and vacuum at least twice per week and I thought my house was clean, and WOW the amount of dirt Roomba picks up was unbelievable! Now my house feels and looks cleaner then ever!!!

Fairly easy to set up and get running. Does a pretty good job cleaning hardwood floors and hugs the corners really well.

At first...I thought it was nothing more than a toy. I was wrong ! Yes....a guy admits this. This product picks up dog hair from every nook and cranny! It goes under the beds and removes that buildup of dust the vacuum cleaner can't reach. Easy to empty and run while you co other things. Kind of like air conditioning.....we didn't think we "needed" it all those years ago....and now...we can't live without our Rumba !

cleans well, still gets stuck in same spot under sink but other than that I am overall pleased with the product!

Fantastic vacuum with 2 dogs in the house! We have tried many different robots for vacuuming and nothing could tackle all of the hair on the carpet with two golden retrievers. I love this vacuum; it does an amazing job and keeps going back to recharge itself and coming out again until the floor is spotless. So easy to clean the bin and I hardly ever have to clean the rollers (unlike the other ones we had).

I was a die-hard Dyson fan before purchasing this Roomba. When our last Dyson finally died, I started researching the Roombas. I decided on the 960 because it has the rubber extractors and an app that I can control it from. The app even allows you to schedule cleanings. I have mine set to clean my downstairs each day at 5:15 AM and it works so well! It does a better job than my Dyson ever did and best of all, I don't do the work. I highly recommend this Roomba!

I've been reviewing robot vaccums and compared different models .And the Roomba 960 is the best choice ,especially with pets ,I hadbit for 3 weeks and it picks up alot of animal hair and does a good job vacuuming up the areas and very satisfied with how well it picks up everything ,usually in one pass.Great vaccumm for heavyduty cleaning with multiple pets in a household.

We have had this Roomba for about a month and it's been working great. Works as advertised and learns how to get all the floors vacuumed. We have mainly hard wood with a carpet runners and it does everything nicely. The app on the phone tells you when it is done and shows the pattern of the floorplan that was vacuumed. So far, very satisfied with this purchase.
