Cleans methodically & returns to charge base with no issues. Resumes cleaning after it has recharged. I have had this for only a few weeks & am really pleased with it so far. Will have to wait long term to make a full decision long. I had 3 of another machine that I liked but all 3 wiped out the motherboard. I would definitely recommend this machine. I also like the phone application.

I clean and vacuum at least twice per week and I thought my house was clean, and WOW the amount of dirt Roomba picks up was unbelievable! Now my house feels and looks cleaner then ever!!!

When my wife asked me to get a roomba I didn't think there was a point. I told her how can something that small do better than an upright vacuum. Boy was I wrong. The amount a dirt that the Roomba picks up is incredible. I tested it by vacuuming with an upright and then with the Roomba it was incredible what it picked up. Long battery life as well. I strongly recommend Roomba.

I was a die-hard Dyson fan before purchasing this Roomba. When our last Dyson finally died, I started researching the Roombas. I decided on the 960 because it has the rubber extractors and an app that I can control it from. The app even allows you to schedule cleanings. I have mine set to clean my downstairs each day at 5:15 AM and it works so well! It does a better job than my Dyson ever did and best of all, I don't do the work. I highly recommend this Roomba!

Love not having to push a vacuum. Sometimes gets caught under furniture.

Amazing price. Just really learning how to get the most out of this product. The only complaint I have is that our home is large enough that the Roomba usually needs to return to its dock to recharge before it completes the entire floor. Also, we have 2 dogs that shed and the bin needs to be emptied pretty much every time we run it. Other than that it has been a good purchase so far.

This is our second Roomba and an upgrade from a 4 year old base model. Very happy. I like that this one is more methodical and leaves straight lines. It gets in deep and keeps our carpets very clean. It runs every day, recharged and starts going again until it’s done the whole area. Great device. Saves a lot of time.

cleans well, still gets stuck in same spot under sink but other than that I am overall pleased with the product!

Was very surprised to see how well this thing works. For the price, I expected it to be good, but it really does find all the corners and is consistent. Love the scheduling feature and the fact that you can see where it vacuumed in the App. Only recommendation is to keep your floors clear of things like wires and small objects, so they don't interfere with its function.

At first...I thought it was nothing more than a toy. I was wrong ! Yes....a guy admits this. This product picks up dog hair from every nook and cranny! It goes under the beds and removes that buildup of dust the vacuum cleaner can't reach. Easy to empty and run while you co other things. Kind of like air conditioning.....we didn't think we "needed" it all those years ago....and now...we can't live without our Rumba !

I replaced an earlier model with the 960 which does a complete vacuuming. It remembers where it has been and if recharging is necessary it Recharges itself and then continues the job.

My wife had been wanting an iRobot for months and I kept putting her off by telling her that we had a vacuum and that they were so small how well could they actually clean. Okay I admit when I'm wrong and boy was I totally wrong on this one. She absolutely loves it and I have to admite it does a better job than our Dyson. I gave it to her for Christmas and here two weeks later she has already told me five times how much she loves it.

Fantastic vacuum with 2 dogs in the house! We have tried many different robots for vacuuming and nothing could tackle all of the hair on the carpet with two golden retrievers. I love this vacuum; it does an amazing job and keeps going back to recharge itself and coming out again until the floor is spotless. So easy to clean the bin and I hardly ever have to clean the rollers (unlike the other ones we had).

Bought for my daughter and her husband for Christmas. They were really excited about the present and they love it! Caught it discounted on Bestbuy.com so was a great deal. Roomba vacuums do a great job picking up and they seem to learn their whereabouts so random behavior and bumps seem to become less frequent over time. Super purchase - highly recommend!

This is a good compromise for the price. We had a cheaper brand and it didn't do the job, but the higher priced Roombas are just too expensive. This model, especially on sale, is affordable and really helps keep our living room clean. You can buy offbrand replacement parts (rolls, brushes, etc.) on ebay for much cheaper than Roomba sells them.

I don’t have to sweep my floors every day… this thing really “sucks” lol. It’s a pretty good little vacuum for the price. It does have a bit of an issue going over area rugs and getting the dog hair out of the corners but overall satisfied. Sometimes it has an issue finding home and doesn’t sit flush on its charger but that might be the cat’s fault.

Recently moved into a house with all laminate floors, a Labrador retriever and a husband who has a relaxed attitude toward cleaning. Before we go on some errands, it takes me 7 minutes to move certain pieces of furniture out of the way. I set "Rozy" going and walk out the door. I come back to a house that looks like your hotel room has been re-done. Love it, love it, love it.

Bought this for my mom, it is wonderful! It picks up so much and vacuums in straight paths. I was worried it would miss areas but it really doesn't. The app is also very convenient.

Does a very good job, but the dirt bin isn't very big. have to make sure it's emptied after each use. Read that alot of people did not like the app, but thought it was easy to understand.
