I replaced an earlier model with the 960 which does a complete vacuuming. It remembers where it has been and if recharging is necessary it Recharges itself and then continues the job.

I love it.... so easy and gets the dog and cat hair vacuumed up.

My wife had been wanting an iRobot for months and I kept putting her off by telling her that we had a vacuum and that they were so small how well could they actually clean. Okay I admit when I'm wrong and boy was I totally wrong on this one. She absolutely loves it and I have to admite it does a better job than our Dyson. I gave it to her for Christmas and here two weeks later she has already told me five times how much she loves it.

Cleans really well. Wont get up on throw rug. Wont get under furniture. Pricey.

This vacuum is incredible. I expected it to be good based on other reviews but this thing blew us away with the job it does. Our house is completely tiled and we have area rugs (not super thick) and this little machine is remarkable. You do have to keep up with the maintenance of it for it to function well. Keep it clean and it will do an outstanding job.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my parents. At first, the price made me consider if the purchase was worth it. However, after seeing the vacuum in action, I am so happy I decided to make the investment! I would suggest spending the extra money to get a Roomba that can map your house. That feature is probably the nicest add on! I promise you won’t regret getting this product!

I've been toying with the idea of getting a robot for some time. So far this thing has not disappointed. It's a bit loud....but it's a vaccum so that should be expected. Works surprisingly well over carpet. I have dogs that shed quite a bit so this has been real helpful. The sensors that keep it out of specific areas work well, as long as you point them in the right direction. I bought extras.

Love my iRobot Roomba 960! Just the fact that I am not on my knees having to scrub a floor every other day or having to push around a vacuum for an hour and a half is the best thing in the world! This irobot roomba has made my life less stressful because it helps clean up the mess from two kids and two hairy pets too! Thank God for this creation!

Bought this for my mom, it is wonderful! It picks up so much and vacuums in straight paths. I was worried it would miss areas but it really doesn't. The app is also very convenient.

This roomba is very accurate. I have a two bedroom apartment and it maps it out perfectly! The only tip I can share is to make sure you wipe the sensors on top and on the bottom roomba, which keeps it cleaning accurately! I have to dump it frequently, since it can reach places I can’t!

It works fine. Sometimes it gets lost and forgets where it is, but overall great.

Does a very good job, but the dirt bin isn't very big. have to make sure it's emptied after each use. Read that alot of people did not like the app, but thought it was easy to understand.

WOW! I was skeptical but was amazed at how much dirt this got up in its first two times. Took 1.5hrs to do our downstairs, and it functioned flawlessly over rugs, animal skins, around every possible obstacle. My wife and I couldn't be happier. Honestly, we are completely amazed at how well this worked. Exceeded our expectations at every turn.

The Roomba does the job. It doesn't get into all the corners because of how my house is arranged. The first two times I had to trap it in a room for it to learn the house and get the space clean. However, it does pick up the dust. Takes about two hours with a charge in between. I gave a less than 1700 square foot house.

We love our Roomba. 'She' is very thorough. Great for pet hair!

The Roomba 960 has been a great help to me. I'm a senior with chronic back problems, this vacuum has lightened my house work so much. My dyson is still used about once every 2 weeks. i have a large inside dog that sheds a LOT,this vacuum really helps with all the fur. It is necessary for me to empty the dirt bin after each use, but that is simple to do. I purchased the960 about 2 months ago. Can't imagine being without it.

I love my Roomba! I decided to go w/ 960 due to the more options to personalize. I have a lab that sheds and a 4yr old that makes messes, the Roomba keeps my house looking immaculate!No issue w/ transitioning between hardwood, tile, and carpet. It took 2 wks for it to learn my house. The app is also great for locating the roomba, if it gets stuck on something during the day. One of my friends was impressed, she bought one the next day.

I’m not home during the day often, and it would be rude for me to vacuum late at night when I do get home. Luckily I can schedule when I want “Gizmo” (you’re encouraged to name your robot and I named mine Gizmo) to run. It’s way quieter than a regular vacuum; even my animals, who are terrified of vacuums, will sniff at Gizmo while it’s running. The app lets me know when the bin is full and when to replace any parts.

A bit pricey. At first, complicated to program settings. But it cleans far better than expected.
