Purchased this machine during last black Friday and we haven't regretted it for a minute. Overall, it is a good sweeper. We have a small inside dog and I was amazed how effective it was on dog hair. It is a bit noisy, so we have it programmed to run while we are at work. Battery life is average, taking two complete charges to take care of our floors. Good machine that we wished we had purchased sooner.

What a pleasure it is to have control of my floor cleaning. I have a long haired cat & it is very difficult keeping his shedding under control. It can be controlled with my cell phone!

Love the ease of owning this, easy to use and it does a good job

I am very happy with this vacuum. It very surprising how much and how well it vacuums...more importantly how much is missed during routine cleanings. Very easy to setup and use. I have a set routine so I can set it and forget about it. I highly recommend.

With cats in the house we have been looking for a way to keep the place clean while not having to expend the effort every day. Enter Rooma 960. This bad boy makes our lives so much easier with the app and capabilities to clean while we’re at work. Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking to make their life easier keeping a cleaner, happier home. Bonus if you can get your car to eventually ride it.

Our Roomba is able to clean areas that we can’t get to unless we move furniture such as under the beds. It has picked up dirt and dust that we didn’t realize our vacuum wasn’t getting. It vacuums while you do something else. Unfortunately it occasionally gets caught on an electrical cord or something we have forgotten to move but the app lets you know something is wrong. Really like our Roomba.

I was stuck between this model and the 800 model's. I would reccomendation this model. Cause it has the app where you can set it to clean from anywhere! Set up was very easy and it works from multiple phones. As far as cleaning this roomba is great. My room isn't that big but it was able to navigate under my bed and picked up a bunch of dust I wouldn't have been able to get to! It comes with an extra filter and brush too!

Our roomba is affectionately known as “mo”. Mo has become an Integral part of our family and quickly becoming one of our favorite children. He gives no sass and when we say clean.....he cleans. (Even if we are two hundred miles away). He’s quiet and pleasant looking and if we could keep our kids earbuds off the floor, we could all live happily ever after.

This product is wonderful, it does such an amazing job of getting all corners, efficient, and the WiFi connection makes it so easy to program cleaning times, know when to empty the bin, any issue that may arise, and I feel like I am getting other things done when I hear it start to clean. It's been a relief to have "assistance" with all the dog hair at home.

This vacuum.. Is absolutely amazing. It collects so much more than my broom ever could. I was extremely surprised how much dirt hair and dust it picked up ( I have one dog and one cat.) After the first use I knew I loved it. Only issue we had was connecting it to my wife's iPhone through our WiFi, but it connected to my Note just fine. Weird.

So I am partial to Roomba because I have 3 dogs and the dog hair is unreal. I hate it! I had two Shark robots and it was garbage. The robot had no pattern. The roomba does it right. Maps the room. Gets all the hair and then let’s me know when it is done. Gonna upgrade soon I think. Need one with a little bit bigger bin.

I have earned many roombas over the years but this one is a significant improvement to the older models. It cleans the floors very well and requires very little maintenance. The only issue I've had is it sometimes refuses to dock even after I clean the sensors on both the robot and the dock. It gets daily use and is still going strong.

IRobot Roomba 960 is an efficient, quiet, and quick way to clean flooring. Great for dog hair

When run at least once a day, it does a great job keeping dog hair out of the carpet. Gets under the coaches and beds just fine (German shepherd and husky) It Does leave clumps Of dog hair on one rug (must be the rug material) but still easy to pick up and keep clean as opposed to vacuuming all the time. Helps jeep the dust down as well for those with allergies.

I've been very happy with the Roomba 960 as soon as I opened the boxes in which it came. The packaging was neat and concise, and the protection pieces that needed to be removed for operation were clearly visible and relatively easy to remove. Setup was pretty simple and quick, and I was able to install the base underneath a coffee table I have located next to a wall. Operation is very efficient and smart. I had a Bobi Pet which always looked like it was lost and hardly ever could find it's base when done. The Roomba 960 keeps track of where it is going, where it has been, knows how to concentrate on problem areas, and never has a problem finding it's base. And, if its battery runs too low to finish the job, it returns to the base, recharges, then picks up where it left off. Maintenance up to now has been nice and easy. You empty the dustbin, shake (or in my case, blow) the dirt from the filter, and wipe the sensors clean after each run. There is no brush roller to clean. The iPhone app which can be used for controlling the 960 is awesome for seeing where the 960 cleaned, and lets you know when there are problems or when the 960 has finished doing a scheduled job, whether you're at home or not. There were several times I could not tell whether the Bobi Pet had worked on a job. Up to now, I feel like the 960 is worth every penny I paid for buying it.

I have two shed monsters at home so this was needed so I wasn’t vacuuming every hour. If you’re good about running it daily it’s definitely worth the $. We’re approaching our 1 year with this item and noticed it stopped picking up some things but I believe we just have to replace the spinner/duster piece and it should be good to go.

It can clean several rooms until completion and it notifies the user of its status directly through the App. It also allows for automatic start at scheduled times. After cleaning cycle everything looks very tidy, no spots missed, it has improved cleaning algorithms, much better than previous models, which is something to be said.

I always though robot vacuums were a gimmick but they actually work. Keeps house clean (hardwood floors) and dont have to worry about constantly picking up pet hair.
