I bought one for myself. After using it 2 days, I went to buy another one. I gifted it to my mom. She loves it! Saves us time. We still need to sweep behind the doors but we don’t mind. I love that it goes back to charge on its own. You do have to empty the debris bin and clean the rollers but I don’t have to sweep my whole house. I LOVE IT. MY MOM LOVES IT.

Extremely happy with purchase. Makes cleaning fun. After initial cleaning and a few times emptying the catch can, (Roomba fit under furniture I never vacuumed under). It does a fantastic job on hardwood floors, Doesn’t get all the dog hair out of the carpet but it does a good job. Looking back on purchase might have spent extra money on self emptying model

I have two cats and tile and carpet in my home and this roomba does an amazing job picking up all the dirt and fur that build up. Biggest complaint is bin is small so for large areas you will have to change the bin but what’s great about this roomba is once you change it it will go back to directly where it left off and complete the job.

Have three irobots in the house each on different levels. The other models (650 & 880) do a good job but do not do multiple rooms as well as the 960. The 960 does a great job in multiple rooms and the recharge and resume feature is key in large areas. The other models would run out of charge before finishing and stop. This model goes back to the base, recharges and then picks up where it had stopped.

This iRobot is great. I used to start my day with vacuuming my big home each morning due to my german shepherd shedding. Having a little baby I wanted my floor to be clean but I had also enough of vacuuming so on Mother's Day I got the best gift ever that was iRobot Roomba 960. Make yourself a gift and get one of it you will be happy to start your day with coffee not vacuuming!! It really works.

This was by far my favorite purchase of last year. With 3 cats, and an all hardwood and tile home, keeping the floors clean of dust, litter, food crumbs, and hair was a daily chore. Roomba to the rescue! I set up a daily schedule in the app and have enjoyed clean, bare foot ready floors since day one.

I researched this product extensively before deciding to get the 960. I have all hard surfaces and little area rugs so the 980 was overkill for me. With the app this is a lifesaver. Company coming? Flip it on and all is clean when you arrive home! It works in an odd pattern but it does very well at remembering where it has been and where the docking station is located. I am very happy with my purchase!

It Does a thorough job. Have to empty bin too soon.

We were hesitant to spend $500 on a vacuum (we got it on sale), but we are SO glad that we did. We named our vacuum “Roberto” and it has not gotten stuck once. It picks up dog hair with ease. We run ours once a day and the bin is full almost daily, this little guy picks up everything! Definitely worth the splurge!

This Roomba exceeded expectations. Our floor is a combination of tile, hardwood, rugs and carpet. Works well on all of them. My wife that is crazy when it comes to clean floors is impressed. Our cleaning lady has commented on how well it works. It runs almost everyday. It's kind of crazy that it can pick up as much as it does each day. Goes places traditional vacuums don't. Under bed, under hsging clothes in closet.

This is my second Roomba (1st was 650) and it is a marked improvement from my older one. It is extremely quiet from the 650 and the new rollers seem to work great. The rollers also seem to stay clean a lot better then the old bristle type. I generally run mine every other day on two carpeted rooms upstairs and does a great job. The app is very basic and would like to see more info like room mapping.

This is the 1st robot vacuum cleaner that we have, and the truth is excellent, it does a great job and if you can complement it with the braava 380t, you do not have to do anything else with the floors, at least in our house all the visitors are surprised and they ask us what we do to have the floors like this, and we tell them that these 2 robots are all the secret.

It is very quiet and does a great job cleaning. Also the app is a nice feature.

I have used this quite a few times since I bought this. While it mostly works fine, what's annoying is the cleanup. The dust bin is very hard to clean. Another pain point, a bit minor compared to the previous one is it gets stuck at random places. And once that happens, I have to start the cleanup process again.

The 960 replaces an older robot vacuum that started turning on at random times. The older vacuum cleaned in a random manner. The 960 does it’s cleaning in a systematic row by row manner that would be followed in cleaning with a traditional vacuum. The 960 did its work well but I am marking it down from five stars to four because of two minor problems battery and noise. The cleaning time is averaging 1 hour 45 minutes plus or minus 10 minutes average spread over a 3 hour time period (1 hour 15 minute charge). It would be nice if the battery life could be longer. My other complaint is the noise level when vacuuming. The noise level is loud enough to interfere with calls and conversation if it enters the room while in conversation. The noise sounds like a dampened lawn mower. This maybe due the use of rubber sweepers instead of brushed rollers. The problem is probably worsened due to the fact that we have wooden floors.

We love in a farmhouse and have 4 dogs. I use to spend the first 1/2 hour cleaning when I got hime. Now Roomba does it for us while we are busy getting supper ready, etc! It also keeps you disciplined to keep your house picked up because if it is out she will run it over and get stuck! The dogs run and are afraid of her!

We purchased the cheaper Roomba & Neato, and ended up returning them. This model did everything we wanted & we love it. It is quieter than the others.

Hello, My wife and I recently replaced all of the flooring in our house with hardwood. We have two dogs and just hated sweeping. This vacuum is amazing!! It runs everyday and we hardly ever notice any dog hair or dirt on the floor. We do not even pick up any while walking bare foot. Highly recommended!!!
