We have 3 chihuahuas - 1 long haired. Roomba picks up the hair with no problems as well as the stuffing that the baby removes from her toys. The 960 runs 3 times a week. We have it programmed to stop when the bin is full - usually twice each cleaning. It returns to base to recharge. All this without any argument or complaining. We are considering getting the mop to compliment the vacuum.

Does great with pet hair and very easy to use!!! saves a lot of time

Having it for about a month now, and work as described. I have a 2 story townhouse and 1200 sq feet around 600 feet in both levels and it takes about 40 min to complete one level. Only thing is, I have to move it up the stairs to do the second story, but it doesn’t matter, it is really a big help, my wife loves it.

I love my new Roomba! My only complaint is it has yet to finish cleaning my whole house on one cleaning cycle - goes to re-charge and then resumes the session but then it will need to return for a second charge but never makes it back to the charging station (just dies in the middle of the floor)- it cancels the session after not returning to charging station

The Roomba does a really good job of vacuuming the house. Leaves the vacuum lines on the carpet and picks up dirt on the hardwoods and tile. It gets 4 stars instead of 5 because we it doesn't want to get the whole house. We have to pick it up and start it in the missed rooms and shut the door. It does a good job when we do that just a minor inconvenience I guess but worth it.

This thing rocks. We have mostly hardwood with 3 areas rugs. Our first floor is about 1800sf and this thing works great. Only down side is it takes a few hours to clean the entire floor since the battery only last 70 mins. But it remembers where it stopped so no big deal. We also are able to bring it to different levels of the house and it does works great.

I had no ides how good this product would be: Took no time to set-up. Maybe a minute. I absolutely love it. It cleans remarkably well., my carpets never looked better, cleaned the hardwoods beautifully and then went to the tile floors and did a great job. I would highly recommend this product

I bought this vaccume robot because I got tired of walking around my house and feeling dirt in my feet . Ever since I got it I lost that feeling.

Had one issue where it will get stuck From time to time, then realized have a bunch of charging cables laying on the floor, after taking care of that not more getting stuck. Definitely would recommend to a friend saves a lot of time. Works great on carpets and my wooden floor. Cleans 2 decent sized rooms in ~ 35-50 min.

My wife really loves this vacuum. It covers the entire fist floor including hard wood floors, thick bedroom carpet and area rugs. It tracks fairly well and recharges itself when battery is low picking up where it left off after charging. Overall it's a solid vacuum and has eliminated a lot of dust and crumbs left by this kiddos!!

Not sure how we lived without this. Works great and helps us not have to vacuum nearly as often. Usually makes it back to the base at night, but occasionally you may have to track it down. The bin also fills quickly and has to be emptied each night. My wife and I love it and would never give it up.

I've had several robot vacs over the years. I started with a roomba, and then tried several other brands. Although the other brands worked ok, they tended to get stuck far more than the iRobot devices. I ended up returning to iRobot, even though you pay a premium, I have found this brand just works better in my home.

Easy to use. Love the app. Tells you if it gets stuck. Have a large house and it will recharge mid job so it can finish. Easy to empty the bin.

We've had this Roomba for three weeks now. It has the house mapped out and runs just like it's supposed to when it's supposed to. The only issue we've found this far is it gets full so darn quickly. Is that a Roomba problem or a "we have a dirty house" problem?? :D When the unit gets full, it goes back to it's docking station and beeps letting you know it needs to be cleaned. That's a great feature to have except when you are trying to SLEEP! LOL. In other words, be prepared to clean out the dust bin every single day. Sure, that can get annoying but it sure as heck beats having to vacuum your floors every single day! Worth it? Dang straight! Yes...we still have to run the vacuum from time to time but that is NOT absolutely necessary. We just have numerous animals that like to shed everywhere and kids who don't know how to pick up all their junk.... Oh, and it also likes to get stuck under my recliner (all the time) and will pick up charger cables as well...so just pick them up off the floor and you'l be fine. :)

I love it and It’s a lazy men’s toy vacuum. It vacuums large rooms very easily and looks tiny but it works a lot and hard . We don’t even realize until We clean the dust collected. It will automatically hooks to charging port when battery is low and can be controlled by google smart device. Totally worth it.

I love this vacuum so much! It is such a pleasure watching it do my work. It is so easy to use and maintain. I am only sorry that it took me so long to purchase it. I have hard wood floors throughout my home with the exception of the baths and laundry room and this vacuum picks up even the fine dust. Love, Love, Love.

Cleans floors better than myself. Only complains when stuck or bin is full. Battery life is respectable for the amount of work that it does in making sure 2700 sq feet of floor space is kept clean. Support is responsive. It broke after 2 months of use. Free return shipping for repairs. New unit sent as replacement. Hopefully, this one lasts longer.

A huge improvement over my older roomba 675, it completes the jobs much quicker and is a lot quieter. I also noticed it is able to get into corners better and with the included barrier tool it helps prevent the robot from getting stuck under my dresser like my old one would consistently do

Very happy with our purchase. I come home to a clean upstairs floor despite having 3 cats and a Pomeranian which is a stress reliever. Roomba takes approx 3 hrs to clean 1000sf and does so in a somewhat random pattern but gets full coverage. I haven’t needed to dump the bin or clean the wheels during a job since the first week of ‘catch-up’ cleaning. Roomba is noisy so I like to run jobs just before I get home or while we’re doing other chores, it’s too loud to run while watching TV or having a conversation. The front sensor does very well as we watch Roomba slow down before reaching a barrier (wall, chair etc). We have noticed a bit of wear on our woodwork but are unsure if it’s due to Roomba or our previous manual cleaning with the larger vacuum. Love the control from iphone feature that allows me to start a job from anywhere and the coverage map to know where Roomba has been. Overall we love having Roomba and are considering buying the 980 for our thicker basement carpet.
