Product meets expectations. We use our Roomba every night to clean the kitchen floors. Once a week, we send the cleaner throughout the house to vacuum. Love the most that it vacuums under our beds, and furniture. Only wish that I had more control over which rooms it cleans other than by shutting doors. But better Roomba than me.

Went from a eufy 11s to this Roomba. What a difference. It gets everywhere and tracks itself. Also gets way deeper into carpets. I did the eufy to try robotic vacuums and it cleans, but this vacuum is way better. The wood floors shine after it runs. I highly recommend this device.

We decided to give the Roomba a try. Frankly, I was not expecting much. I was surprised by the amount of dust and dirt the little scooter swept up in the first pass of our first level floor. We are very pleased and happy to add this time-saving device to our arsenal of cleaning equipment. I recommend it completely!

First purchased the 890, it did a bad job cleaning. It bounced around like a pin ball. Then I purchased the 960, and it cleans really well. It cleans in patterns and when it’s done charging, it goes back to where it left off. Plus it cleans while I’m at work. I recommend this product to anyone who does not like to vacuum.

Previously had a Roomba 861 I purchased Black Friday 2017. Luckily I purchased a warranty. The sweeper stopped rotating so returned for this one. Best Roomba ever. It really maps your house and comes with extras. I would definitely buy again. We will see how long this one last.

I absolutely love this product. It saves us so much time from cleaning the floors in our house, and it does a great job. I love that it will re-dock and charge and then go back to where it was cleaning, it is awesome!

Loved this so much! Just let him go and do his job, then we got a clean house. Areas that we thought we already clean had so much dust and little objects. I can’t believed we waited too long before buying this :) Downside? Had to make sure he is not stuck somewhere but the app informs us right away.

So my roommate has a huge issue keeping her hair in her head. I thought the Robot (his name is Chester) would have issues with it. My carpet not only has pretty lines in it but picks up ALL of her hair. This things incredible! It totally helps me bs lazy. Drop chips? No problem..just press clean on the app and Chester comes a running like a good slave.

We were worried the Roomba 960 was not going to have enough battery life and considered the 980 but so far so good. No issues and we have about 1000 sq ft of mixed carpet and hardwood floors. The Roomba can complete one entire sweep without needing to return for a charge. Where we do have issues though is for a new carpet it fills up fast and has to be emptied.

In store experience great Name our robot Rosey and she cleans when program calls for her to work!! Good job on carpets and floors even with several furry friends that shed. New design rollers dont tangle with hair and fibers nearly like old models. Happy with product and Best Buy experience!!

I have had this Roomba for about a month and absolutely love it. It has cut down on all our dog hair and we have 2 dogs. We’ve had one before but it didn’t have the app. Now with the app, it makes it so much easier especially when it stops and I can’t find it. It is a little noisy but I think they all are. Overall, love it.

I had an old old roomba which moves wherever ..... not this one, this one goes to a patterned movement and it doesn't miss anything. What's good about this one is has the power to go stronger if it goes to a carpet or rug transition. It's quite pricey but you'll get what you pay for and would highly recommend this product

Love the Roomba vacuum. I had the neato vacuum for a year and half prior to this one. The Roomba is way more efficient and does a better job. Less noisy and doesn't get stuck near as much. The only thing is I have to vacuum during the day as it won't run completely in the dark. Other than that no issues.

It works very well; picks up a lot of dust, especially under the furniture where the normal vacuum can't reach. IT does occasionally get lost, but that is to be expected. Overall a big improvement over my old 760 series. So good that I ended up buying two of these.

This is the third Roomba I purchased. I have one, gave one to my mom and this one for my son when he moved out. It gets a lot of use and keeps our homes clean w the push of a button and emptying the waste compartment. I hope to get a mopping one next.

What a phenomenal product. It does exactly what it says it is supposed to do and then some. The only draw back, and it is a small one, is that on a rare occasion hair will get tangled up underneath a bit. But, when you own a dog that sheds what can you expect. Otherwise this has been a great buy and a time saver.

This is everything it was made out to be. We have pets and this Roomba does a wonderful job of cleaning any hair they shed daily without us having to do any work. It is also not too noisy and I’ve watched TV in bed while it operates - you can’t do that with most other vacuums. Two thumbs up!

I owned a Roomba years ago and after a few years it died and I didn't replace it. Two cats and a dog later I decided it was time! We have stained concrete floors and the hair is like dust bunnies. After a few days of running roomba on a schedule my floors are so much cleaner! Love it! And being able to program it through the app is really handy.

We love our Roomba 960. Its great to know that we can come home and find our downstairs floors cleaned regularly. Also love that it returns automatically to its docking station if battery is running low or when its completed the cleaning to fully charge for the next time.
