We went back and forth for over a year on getting one of these and now are so glad we finally decided to pull the trigger. Bod does a great job on our hardwoods cleaning up anything our two kids and two dogs track in from outside. Bob also does awesome when it comes cleaning up the dogs hair.

Great machine and picks up a lot of debris from our laminate and carpeted floors. We have a dog and it definitely made a difference. Only set back is one of the area rugs is pretty thick so it does get stuck and doesn't clean the entire rug. Also make sure any power, cable and audio cords are tucked away. It will tangle then as I had to learn the hard way.

This is my second one. This time I bought the more expensive version. Because they changed the design. So I own two. So worth it

I absolutely love my Roomba 960. I have a German Shepherd and the Roomba picks up all of her hair. More time to do other things.

Good for hardwood floors, has trouble with carpet. Gets stuck a lot

I had always heard about these things, and thought they were more a toy than anything. We were offered this as a wedding gift and I thought, what the heck, let's try it. Holy smokes I love this little thing! Wall-E does a surprisingly amazing job at cleaning. We have a 65lb White SIberian Husky that sheds EVERYWHERE, ALL THE TIME. We also have dark hardwood downstairs and we need to sweep daily or face little fluff clouds everywhere. I can set a schedule for Wall-E to automatically clean everyday, or I can just remotely start it from my cell phone. It does a great job of hitting just about every corner and fits under most of my furniture. While you do get the "bin is full" notice pretty quickly (me especially since there's os much dog hair) you can set it to keep cleaning until it's done without issue. Easy to dump and clean, it easily finds it's dock station. I have not had any issues with it not finding it's way back home to charge. This thing is a time saver and I lOVE coming home from work to clean hardwood floors! Even though I got this as a gift, I will not hesitate buying one in the future. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!

This thing is amazing! Works really well on all types of floors, including carpet. It's a must have if you have pets. Goes right under furniture and places the you normally wouldn't vacuum or a regular basis. The app is great and you can schedule it for a preset time to run whenever you want. Easy to setup and use!

Great automated vacuum cleaner. This does a pretty good job. It's obviously not as good as using a Dyson and hand vacuuming the house. However, the fact it does a close enough job is great because it takes no work to use it! Plus, clean up of the unit is easy.

I bought the Roomba 960 around Christmas time. I think it's the best purchase I have ever made, and my wife can't agree more. She had hard time cleaning under the beds and furniture.Now thanks to Roomba things are different.My wife is as happy as ever because Roomba is going great job! That's her new friend!!!

I love this thing. I have cats and concrete floors, so this has been perfect for scooping up the random hairs and tracked litter. The only downside is it is a bit noisy, and the collection bin needs to be emptied a few times if my apartment is dirty - around 1,500 SF.

This little bot has taken cleaning to another level! My home is around 1800 sq.ft. and it practically cleans every square foot! This is a time saver, convenient and practical. I was skeptical at first, but after experiencing the level of cleaning, I highly recommend!

Similar to my previous Roomba, oem battery life is poor, requiring 2-3 recharges to complete cleaning of a 500 square foot area. I'll be ordering a larger capacity (after market) battery as soon as the original shows signs of weakness which, based on past experience, will occur in about 6 months.

Default setting was for the Roomba to continue to run until it needed to recharge. This results in the Roomba dropping clumps of cleaned up material as it keeps going after it is full of cleanings. This should be changed to have it returned to the charging station whenever the bin is full of vacuumed up stuff. After changing this setting it has worked well,

we have a 5000 sq ft house and you honestly need 2 for them to keep up with it, but it does a fair job in the main living area! Roomba customer service is awesome... we had a part issue after having it past the 90 days and roomba sent us a free part for replacement!

Always thought about getting one, but didn’t think it would do a good job due to it’s size. Got it on the pre Black Friday sale, and tried out, all I can say, it’s amazing. It pics up pet hair and dust, it goes everywhere around the house and does a great job.

I originally bought an off-brand. Big mistake. It just didn't perform well. I returned it and bought the iRobot and couldn't be happier. We have 2 large 100+ pound labs who shed profusely and this baby runs every day to keep my house under control. Worth every penny!!

I love my Roomba! It’s super nice not having to swifter every day, knowing that my Roomba will get everything, and more. I am going to invest in the mop version, as this thing is amazing, and I don’t have to spend my time doing the chore that I hate most.

This vacuum changed my life. Now I don't need to spend hours each week vacuuming. I just set it up on different floors of my house each day and let it do the work while I'm at work. It finds its way into every room that has an open door and has lots of options. I like that it messages you through the iRobot app when it's done.

I have been wanting a Roomba for a while and I am so happy I finally got one. I have a Saint Bernard and he sheds A LOT. Having the Roomba made cleaning so much easier and a breeze. Since getting the Roomba, my house is less dusty and no more fur tumbleweeds. Definitely recommend this product.
