Love watching it clean my floors. I have laminate & tile floors, and a large rug and it cleans pretty well. Also have a dog and it picks up the dog hair well. Sometimes it redos areas that it already went over. Not sure how to stop it from doing that.

Excellent product, it helped me a lot around the house cleaning the floors and carpets, you can program the time you want to use it automatically, very effective, it is only a bit noisy but it does not bother in the end and it is a great help at home.

I was somewhat skeptical that a small robotic vacuum would do a decent job of cleaning floors. Surprisingly the vacuum does an excellent job of maintaining the floors on regular basis. (Would not recommend for deep cleaning.) If floors are in good shape to begin with this vacuum will keep the floors clean from daily accumulation of dust, hair, etc.

We purchased iRobot - Roomba 960 App-Controlled Self-Charging Robot Vacuum over thanksgiving holidays and it has been a blessing for a family of six with two kids and large floor tile/carpet area cleaning. It is not noisy like some others and can be controlled very easily with iphone app. We liked Best Buy customer service as well.

Easy to set up and easy to operate. This model does not allow you to specify which room you want cleaned, which would have been nice. But, it’s so easy to operate that I just let it clean everywhere and cancel if it has gotten what I really want done.

Lil' Scoot Scoot is 3 months old, and is very active. He runs twice a day and is very clean. I've never had to get on to him for making too much noise or running with scissors. As orderly as they come. Steep price? Well, it's expensive to be lazy.

Easy setup. Works well with Alexa. Really good suction, you can see the marks on the carpet where it’s been. Only downside is you have to empty it at least once during a routine cleaning but it’s pretty simple. Great for getting very fine animal hairs up!

Works well on my hardwood floor and my carpets in my bedrooms and living room. The only issue is my carpet in my family room has a raised square pattern through out the carpet. The Roomba has difficulty picking up with the pattern. It picks up most of the dirt and debris but some was left behind(like it pushed it and balled it up for you).

I love this Roomba. I owned the Roomba 675, and I liked it, but it would wander and miss patches. This Roomba follows a straight path mapping out where it's gone before. I love that feature. It was also very easy to connect to my Google Home assistant.

The amount of dust and crud this thing finds is incredible, from day to day. I’m not sure how smart it is, and I worry about some of my more sensitive furniture and subwoofer, but a robot now cleans my floors. These things cost quite a bit of money, so only purchase it if it’s on sale.

We've been pretty happy with the vacuum so far. It does a good job of navigation and coverage. It seems to do a pretty good job on carpet. It does ok on tile and hardwood, but not perfect. The sweeping brush actually flings little debris away from the vacuum so then can't pick it up.

It has trouble finding its home at times. It does not pick up like an upright but does the job just not good for a deep clean. Is good to keep up with the clean house or pick up a small spot mess bought it for a gift for my mother to assist her in cleaning I would not spend the cost for it on one for myself it's over priced for what you get

Great time saving investment. We no longer need to do the heavy lifting vacuuming just the spot needs now and then.

I have been using the Roomba for a couple months now and it was best purchase I've made. Does an excellent job getting under and around things. The mobile app is really good as well. The only downside is the size of the bin, it fills pretty fast, however I understand since it had to be a small unit to get everywhere.

I had a 600 model for about 6 years and was very happy with it. Now that my old Roomba is getting worn out I purchased this upgraded version. After using it for couple of months, I can tell that 960 series is not that different. Yes, it has the app, and some new features but that's about it. It is still relatively noisy, it hits the items, and overall it is not that different in the way it handles the floor space. As an unpleasant surprise, when I forgot to close basement door poor thing plunged down the stairs and got all scratched. That type of thing never happened to the old model, maybe they changed something in the downward looking sensors. There is a new "tower" restricting it to certain areas, but the kit had only one and Bestbuy does not sell them separately.

I purchased this about a month ago, so I've got a few weeks of trying it out. This thing does great with dog hair and dust. I don't use it on the carpet, so I don't know how the carpet boost performs. Set the daily cleaning cycle on the iRobot app, make sure the trash bin is empty, and the filter is cleaned and you'll be impressed.

Setup is easy, The app can be a little tricky but just follow the instructions. You can use the app or just push to button on the Roomba. Fun to watch and make sure at same time that it doesn't get caught on something. Once you have the path cleared, you can sit back, watch or just ignore. Easy to clean afterwards.

A simple must for home owners with pets. It has cut my work load at least 30%. It does its thing and I do mine.

As the owner of 2 dogs that shed the roomba save time and energy by picking up their hair. Great suction and goes over area rugs and hardwood with ease. Only issue was the first mapping of the house. It took a couple of runs but once in place roomba does its job.

This is my first Roomba and while I simply adore the way it launches itself at my request every day at 10:00am, sweeps through the entire first floor, sucking up cat hair, dust, etc., and puts itself back to roost when finished, it does have issues. The bin is small and in a house with 2 cats, one who is a fur plucker, the bin fills quickly requiring the unit to redock and be emptied. It also cannot handle bathroom rugs that are small and loopy. It pushes them up and to the side and then gets stuck. All this being said, I wish I had upgraded to a different model and wish I had this device 10 years ago! It really is amazing regardless of the drawbacks. It's always been a dream of mine to hear the vacuum running and realize it's not me doing it. Dream realized!
