This product is all it claims to be. Very thorough with an awesome app that's easy and convenient to navigate.

This is my first Roomba and while I simply adore the way it launches itself at my request every day at 10:00am, sweeps through the entire first floor, sucking up cat hair, dust, etc., and puts itself back to roost when finished, it does have issues. The bin is small and in a house with 2 cats, one who is a fur plucker, the bin fills quickly requiring the unit to redock and be emptied. It also cannot handle bathroom rugs that are small and loopy. It pushes them up and to the side and then gets stuck. All this being said, I wish I had upgraded to a different model and wish I had this device 10 years ago! It really is amazing regardless of the drawbacks. It's always been a dream of mine to hear the vacuum running and realize it's not me doing it. Dream realized!

This has been a great device to own. It cleans the house automatically. One thing I would have liked is to ask it to clean a specific part of the house and it would go clean it once it is done mapping the house. But this one lacks it. But it does clean well and is really good.

As the owner of 2 dogs that shed the roomba save time and energy by picking up their hair. Great suction and goes over area rugs and hardwood with ease. Only issue was the first mapping of the house. It took a couple of runs but once in place roomba does its job.

Good product I already anticipated that it will not be able to pass through certain obstacles but overall good product

Ok product but short battery life. I will buy newer one with better battery life.

I liked they way the roomba 960 maps the entire layout of the apartment. I am satisfied with the cleaning job. It smoothly transition between hardwood and carpet. The best part is when it maneuvers around & in between obstacles, especially the dining table. I couldn't have asked for more.

Pathfinding works relatively well, does have some issues with darker carpet and areas in heavy shadow due to the way it decides what is a cliff (based on light). Overall, cleans well every day and is worth the cost for not having to vacuum the main floor of our home.

Seeing how I am lazy this works out perfect for me. Spent a few minutes to set up but no biggie. Works great.

I have had this Roomba now for almost 2 months. When it does its cleaning it does a good job, however, it gets stuck everywhere. on my living room rub (which is a very low rug) it can climb up on it with no issue, but everytime it comes to go onto the floor it alerts me that it is at the edge of a cliff. Whats funny is that it will work one time, and then the other will get stuck on everything and nothing has changed. I spend more time chasing this thing around than it is worth it. If you are thinking of buying I would see if you can find someone that owns it and try it in your house. For me, it definitely feels like a waste of money.

With pet hair that seemingly finds it's way everywhere, this item is a MUST! It's nice to head to work and come home to hardwood floors that are clean from Cat and Dog dander/hair. You can run it remotely as well, which makes it easy to use as many times a day as you feel necessary.

This roomba does a great job picking up around the house but every time it cleans it gets stuck on one of my rugs and never makes it back to the charging dock/never completes a job which is pretty disappointing.

Not sure I would ever make the jump to being a smart household, but it is amazing what this device can do. I am still getting use to it, but it picks ups a lot of debris. We have dark color floors and so far we have not noticed and marks for the unit. It also avoids the steps without any issues

With three hairy creatures in the house, this iRobot cleans daily and it is so nice to walk around barefoot without hair and dirt on the floor. Amazingly enough, the dogs totally ignore iRobot. Have no idea why, but they do. I dump the container and clean the filter daily and it keeps on humming!

The roomba does a good job overall. It does get stuck occasionally. But it also found it’s way around and under all of our dinning chairs. It gets better the more times it runs due to its mapping abilities. I wish it had the ability to be sent to a specific room.

We have just moved into a house that was double the size of our old one. Our previous house was about 1200 sq ft so easy to keep up with cleaning but still some hairballs around. When we moved in I just couldn't keep up vacuuming every single day. So we looked into getting a Roomba. We needed one that could map the house and auto recharge and auto resume. It was definitely well worth the money. We have named him Rover. It took Rover a few times cleaning to get everywhere, but he eventually did and makes me realize how much dust collects in a house. Having the ability to set a schedule is really nice. It also looks like the app is updating to allow this model to pick a room for him to clean. The house feels so much nicer. I do like the reminders of how to upkeep him like cleaning the sensors and when things should be replaced.

I’ve owned 3 different types/brands of robot vacuums. This one is by far my favorite. It cleans extremely thorough and efficiently. My only complaint is that the full bin sensor gets dirty and gives false readings. A quick fix is to just wipe the sensors daily. Highly recommended!

I have had Hazel for a little over a year. I have the iRobot app on my phone and I have her set to vacuum 2,000 square feet of flooring (carpet, tile, vinyl and area rugs) including cleaning around the edges of the rooms every other day. She happily collects dirt and surprisingly a lot of dust in her bin. She is able to navigate and vacuum under most of my furniture with no problem. I do have an older couch that she was getting stuck under and I now have a rolled up rug blocking her access. The collection bin is easily removed and emptied into the trash. I have found that a disinfecting wipe comes in handy to occasionally clean inside it. To clean the filter I just tap it inside my garbage container to get the dust out and occasionally rinse and air dry. I get a kick coming home, seeing the paths she has left on the carpet and knowing I have one less chore to do.

The Roomba 960 is amazing! It is like having another person in the house that does the cleaning for you!

We love it. It makes nightly picks up so easy. I love the difference we see on the carpets as they are harder to clean then non carpeted floors. If it misses something it goes back to pick it up , its the most diligent cleaner ever.
