We have 2 dogs that shed like crazy and 2 kids that are total slobs. I was a little doubtful that the Roomba could keep up with it but (for the last 3 weeks at least) it cleans remarkable well. You just have to make sure you clean the rollers and brushes frequently. Hopefully it holds up!

Cleans hardwood like a Dyson. Goes under my couches and takes out dust bunnies with no remorse. It's got the sucking power of a $20 hooker. Good for indoor practice with a bb gun. Just put the cans in top while it vacuums. You must get it.

Cleans everywhere. Places that I did not clean before with my upright. I now have clean carpeting.

I am beyond pleased with my roomba! I cannot imagine life without it now! I used to sweep 2-3 times a day, with crumbs, grass on floor and a Cat. Now I don’t have to all all! And the ability to move it From up stairs To down is amazing!

The IRobot is really a great product. The layout of my house is small and I felt that there were to many small spaces that the robot could not get into. I returned to the store. I feel these would be wonderful in a larger space.

Love my roomba, but hope that they'll figure out how to design the dustbin to empty easier. This design is hard to empty and causes a huge mess and you have to breath in the fine particles. Would recommend emptying outdoors and wearing a mask.

I do not recommend this product if you have a lot of furniture it gets stuck a lot and gets confused. It vacuums the same areas over and over but not always completely. It has yet to get to all of the rooms in our house since we got it before Christmas. We will be returning it.

After using this vacuum for awhile now, I'm surprised how much dirt is picked up. I had to make sure that power cords were out of the way and after doing that it has not gotten stuck. I also like that it sends me a map of where it has cleaned.

Love it. I bought this to replace a cheaper brand that was completely random in its movements, and this has been instantly better. It picked up so much more cat fur the first few days than the other brand's model ever did.

My wife loves this roomba. She downloaded app to phone. all she does now is click her smartphone

We love our Roomba! The app makes it easy for scheduling cleanings or when an extra clean is needed when unexpected company is coming. Only downside, a little on the loud side, so run when you’re not home. Also, buy a warranty. Our first one was unexpectedly quit charging after a few months.

I'm not in love with this like I hoped I would be. I bought this model for the sole purpose of keeping up with my Newfoundland & her shedding. It does good on the hardwood floor but not the carpet. Maybe my dog's hair is too long for this model

With 3 kids and a dog, this thing is a dream. Picks up just about everything we drop and leaves it nice and clean. Highly recommend if you’re wondering if it’s worth the $$.

I hardly have time to spend vacuuming my house after coming home from a 10-hr work schedule, cooking dinner for myself, and making time for hobbies. So purchasing this self-cleaning device helps save me time and shrinks my cleaning duties that is manageable within my time table.

It works great. This is our second Roomba (we own an earlier model purchased about 3 years ago). This one is better by far. I read the reviews on this one before purchasing and saw there were some complainants on transitioning between carpet and hard floors regarding the threshold. I knew that our old one had no troubles and expected this one not to have troubles either. I was correct. No issues. Also the tracks this one leaves our great. No issues either with having to dump it everyday like some. We have 4 kids and a new cat. Still no issue. Also easy to connect to iPhone app and have it run while not home. Again this is our second one and we love it. One for upstairs and now one for downstairs. Both are still working great. You won't regret it.

This thing is amazing and I don’t know how I lived without it for so long. Living in the desert there is dust/dirt constantly coming into the house but this thing keeps my floors clean with little fuss. Works on my tile and carpet and cleans my entire 1300 sqft in 2-3 hrs

Been using the 960 for about 2 weeks with no issues so far. It is being used on the wood looking tile floor which is about 650 square feet of area (according to the app). It takes anywhere from 1.5 to 2 hours to complete the job and the battery last the whole time, provided it doesn't get stuck on something. Only had a couple of issues with it getting stuck but in my opinion not the fault of the Roomba. It knocked over a baby gate on top of itself and was stuck on that. Once I got back home and moved the gate just pressed clean and it continues where it left off. No complaints here so far well worth the money. Haven't put it on carpet but works really well on the wood like tile. The app is nice and very convenient to know the status. It will let you know when it's completed the job or if it's stuck on something. My dog on the other hand cannot stand this thing and would total give it 1 star.... I only wish it had a viewable camera to watch the dog attack it while it cleans.

We love our Roomba 960. It does an excellent job cleaning our floors. The ability to control via WiFi is a very valuable feature. We're considering purchasing a second Roomba 960 when it's available at a similar price to the Roomba 960 I purchased from Best Buy.

Set up with the phone app was easy. This was our first robot vacuum. This vacuum has issues that I'm sure are shared with other similar products. Has a tendency to get over certain obstacles and then not be able to get back. This has occurred with chair bases, coffee table base, area rugs, lower beds. If stuck, cannot return to base and dies. Waste receptacle is small so usually requires dumping at least once during a cycle for our 2 bedroom condo. We have to plan use and pick up smaller area rugs with fringe so I haven't really used the scheduling function yet. It also makes a fair amount of noise while operating (like any vacuum). Overall happy with the purchase though.

I have a big house, and the iRobot is taking care of the ground floor. The first few rounds the iRobot is "learning" the floor plan. After that, it adapts its trajectory according to the chairs you move, the bags/shoes you leave on the floor. The doors you leave open or you close, etc. The App is really complete. You can manually start/pause/stop the robot. You can schedule cleaning days and times. You can see cleaning history. See the scleaning map, and even the wifi coverage of your house!! My robot does not have enough battery to cover the entire floor on one charge. But the iRobot goes automatically back to charge when needed, and re-start by itself to complete the cleaning task. It's basically plug, program and forget. Only once I had to "save" my iRobot as I left my computer charger on the floor and the cable was cought under the Romba. Recommended
