Overall a good buy although I still have to figure out how to program it to run daily. Only thing as with all robotic vacuums is that you have to be sure there aren’t any objects, strings, or other items or can get stuck on. Otherwise, good at getting the job done.

This thing took out all the pet hair from my carpet. 1 own two pugs and decided to make it 3 by naming my roomba Roompug. Not only was it useful for cleaning, but made for funny moments when my family spoke to it as if it was a pet.

I hardly have time to spend vacuuming my house after coming home from a 10-hr work schedule, cooking dinner for myself, and making time for hobbies. So purchasing this self-cleaning device helps save me time and shrinks my cleaning duties that is manageable within my time table.

Reviews on this item everywhere were fantastic so I took advantage of my Best Buy card benefits and bought one. I’ve heart my foot requiring surgery and completely off my feet for 2 weeks. This is a godsend and so is my BestBuy card!

This thing is amazing and I don’t know how I lived without it for so long. Living in the desert there is dust/dirt constantly coming into the house but this thing keeps my floors clean with little fuss. Works on my tile and carpet and cleans my entire 1300 sqft in 2-3 hrs

Cleans hardwood like a Dyson. Goes under my couches and takes out dust bunnies with no remorse. It's got the sucking power of a $20 hooker. Good for indoor practice with a bb gun. Just put the cans in top while it vacuums. You must get it.

We love our Roomba 960. It does an excellent job cleaning our floors. The ability to control via WiFi is a very valuable feature. We're considering purchasing a second Roomba 960 when it's available at a similar price to the Roomba 960 I purchased from Best Buy.

Absolutely love it. It does a 2 big bedrooms in one charge which means we have to charge it thrice to finish the whole home. But the good part is that we schedule the job and it does the job. Very happy so far with the product.

After using this vacuum for awhile now, I'm surprised how much dirt is picked up. I had to make sure that power cords were out of the way and after doing that it has not gotten stuck. I also like that it sends me a map of where it has cleaned.

I am beyond pleased with my roomba! I cannot imagine life without it now! I used to sweep 2-3 times a day, with crumbs, grass on floor and a Cat. Now I don’t have to all all! And the ability to move it From up stairs To down is amazing!

We love our new addition to our family. It does seem to get stuck on our rug or under chairs, but all in all it works really well. It does have a problem returning to it's base, but I still think it was worth the investment.

Everything about the roomba 960 is great. Only thing was the price. It is kind of expensive for what you get. There are many off brand robot vacuums that can do the same and more such as mopping. If I had known this before I probably would have settled for an offbrand one

Love my roomba, but hope that they'll figure out how to design the dustbin to empty easier. This design is hard to empty and causes a huge mess and you have to breath in the fine particles. Would recommend emptying outdoors and wearing a mask.

I love this thing! I have a toddler who leaves crumbs everywhere. We have the Roomba vacuum every day while we're gone and so we come home to what looks like a clean house instead of coming home after work and feeling like I immediately need to vacuum. We love this thing so far!

Easy set up and everything you need to get started comes in the box. The roomba did everything I expected it too. Of course it doesn't totally eliminate the need to vacuum yourself but it does a nice job in between of keeping my dogs hair and crumbs on the kitchen floor from getting too bad.

I don’t think this will be good for deep cleaning, but is great to easily keep up routine cleaning

I have a big house, and the iRobot is taking care of the ground floor. The first few rounds the iRobot is "learning" the floor plan. After that, it adapts its trajectory according to the chairs you move, the bags/shoes you leave on the floor. The doors you leave open or you close, etc. The App is really complete. You can manually start/pause/stop the robot. You can schedule cleaning days and times. You can see cleaning history. See the scleaning map, and even the wifi coverage of your house!! My robot does not have enough battery to cover the entire floor on one charge. But the iRobot goes automatically back to charge when needed, and re-start by itself to complete the cleaning task. It's basically plug, program and forget. Only once I had to "save" my iRobot as I left my computer charger on the floor and the cable was cought under the Romba. Recommended

Works great on out concrete floors. Not as good on all of the rugs. Some rug's pattern seems to stop the vacuum and turn it around. We have 2 golden retrievers and one of them sheds a lot. The roomba finds the home base with no problem. Really helps on day to day cleaning.

I'm not in love with this like I hoped I would be. I bought this model for the sole purpose of keeping up with my Newfoundland & her shedding. It does good on the hardwood floor but not the carpet. Maybe my dog's hair is too long for this model
