Easy setup works well one press to clean, if you dont want to use the app. Cleaning the unit is also easy no tools needed. Bought it mostly to pick up dog hair from a dog that sheds tons. Picks up a great deal of fine particulates.

Everything about the roomba 960 is great. Only thing was the price. It is kind of expensive for what you get. There are many off brand robot vacuums that can do the same and more such as mopping. If I had known this before I probably would have settled for an offbrand one

Works well on one level of our home. The other level is more open concept and it strugggled getting everything. It hasn’t figured out the best way to cover the area. We hadn’t used the area containment device, but will try that soon.

I had roomba more than 5 yrs, and it’s been awesome cleaning machine. It is our third time to upgrade the roomba cuz new model new ease to use. If only I can afford the latest model I will buy it..... Highly recommended!

My house has lots of hardwood floors so I thought this would be the perfect tool to help keep things tidy. Does a reasonably good job and it amazes me how much it picks up. Does a good job of tracking but gets stuck often. Emptying the bin usually also requires brushing out the bin area or it still believes the bin is full. Edge cleaning is ok - not great. Stick with a real vacuum for carpets. Sometimes leaves dust bunnies when exiting area rugs. Don't leave anything on the floor - very easy to jam up the rollers and have it yelling for help. Overall I like the convenience but this isn't a set it and forget it vacuum and it doesn't mean your cleaning days are over.

I am happy with this machine. I do wish I would have gotten the next step up because I have housemates and it's difficult to get everyone to empty the bin. So having a location where each run is connected actually makes sense and is worth the extra money. There were some issues with it getting entangled in cords. So I took the time to organize all the cords in the house and that made a huge difference. I would also like to mention that on a fairly regular basis it gets stuck in the bathroom due to some particular issues with the way the door closes in that room. I will probably use the electric fence to avoid the bathroom. On the other hand, I would recommend this for the mapping that seems to be built in. It was much better cleaning patterns and I am glad that I returned the earlier version after trying it once or twice. I would recommend this for those who are willing to change the bin after each use.

Works great on out concrete floors. Not as good on all of the rugs. Some rug's pattern seems to stop the vacuum and turn it around. We have 2 golden retrievers and one of them sheds a lot. The roomba finds the home base with no problem. Really helps on day to day cleaning.

I LOVE THIS !! Named her Alice. I have older models, but this blows them out of the water! Neat rows, rubber cleaners so no more pulling hair out of brushes. Easy to program and schedule. Got a great price

We weren’t sure if this model would work on picking up the dog hair but it works great for the amount of hair that we have. We love it. We’ve had it for about three weeks and don’t know how we did it before without the roomba.

I wish I had gotten this robot before! With dogs and 3 women in the house, such a life saver

I love this thing! I have a toddler who leaves crumbs everywhere. We have the Roomba vacuum every day while we're gone and so we come home to what looks like a clean house instead of coming home after work and feeling like I immediately need to vacuum. We love this thing so far!

an excellent irobot. We don't have a pet or anything but we do have a toddler and this cleans up all the mess after the dinner everyday. Also we do have carpet floor. I totally recommend it.

Easy set up and everything you need to get started comes in the box. The roomba did everything I expected it too. Of course it doesn't totally eliminate the need to vacuum yourself but it does a nice job in between of keeping my dogs hair and crumbs on the kitchen floor from getting too bad.

Got a great deal during Black Friday! Been wanting this for a few years now. Couldn't be happier. A breeze to set up. Transitions from hard wood to carpet easily. App is easy to use. Shows you where this robot goes. Plots entire floor like it supposed to.

I had a Roomba 980 for years. This robot is a great upgrade for a great price. It is much quieter. You can home the robot anywhere in the house with no problem. No more vertual wall barriers is a big plus. I love this robot.

Working good mostly has gotten caught 3 times used it four behind doors and chair and had to go looking for it. Takes about 3 charges to do a small one story house. What’s good is I don’t have to take out my heavy vacuum

We own earlier models of the Roomba vacuum (which still work) but we got tired of carrying them from floor to floor of our house. Now we have one on each floor. This one does not disappoint. It does an excellent job, even unattended.

My wife and I were constantly vacuuming up hair for our 2lb chihuahua and this thing has saved so much time. We set the schedule for every other day and let it go while we’re at work. If only it mopped it would be perfect.
