Obsessed with this Vacuum! The only thing I wish I had done was gotten a self emptying version. When I upgrade, that will be the next purchase. For sure will buy another iRobot!

Gave this away as a gift for our company Christmas party. Was thinking about keeping it.

We are incredibly clean, and used to vacuum the common areas of the house once daily. Now we vacuum the house once a week, and the non-common areas (i.e. bedrooms, bathrooms) have never been cleaner. Great investment, and most people would never need to vacuum again.

The Roomba 960 is awesome. It is amazing how much dirt and dust it can pick up. It seems to get confused once in a while by going over the same area multiple times. But it will get back on track and continue like it should. Great product! Makes the whole house seem a lot cleaner.

Roomba does work. Picks up cat hair, crumbs, etc. Takes about 15 minutes to do a 16 x 16 room.

I purchased my Roomba a month ago I haven't had to push a vacuum. I have two inside dogs there's nothing worse than coming home and finding dog hair throughout the house. I now turn on my Roomba remotely an hour before I get home and no hair that's a freaking great feeling.

Love the irobot. It’s a bit louder then I thought, but easy to use setting through the app to run when not home. It gets into small low places and corners. The tank is small, but a fair size compared to other brands.

We got this primarily to pick up pet hair and it does that very well. The problem is that it often does not get to all sections of the house. Sometimes says it is "stuck", but only one time was it legitimately stuck under a cabinet. Other times it just returns to base without doing all areas and never resumes as this model is supposed to do.

Great tech and innovation. It fits right onto my smart home settings, especially integrating with Alexa. App can be better with more settings and can improve user experience. In terms of cleaning, it works perfectly as i expeted.

Love this vacuum!!! Can't say enough! Works great! Our floors look great. You can completely control/monitor this vacuum with a smart phone and don't need to be present to operate (after you set up initial cleaning times). I was very skeptical but it works great!

It’s a robot, it does the job. It gets stuck sometimes but if your careful to remove obstacles and small rugs and cables you’ll be fine. Wish it could have more smart options but at this price point it’s really ok.

Roomba works well. The trash bin is small as I read from others, but it does clean very well.

It is terrific in picking up the dirt my dog brings into the house. I run it every day.

I've been so happy with our Roomba vacuum since we got new vinyl plank floors last week. I enjoy the app and how it maps out where the Roomba cleaned and for how long. I can just start it, and let it do it's thing. It's amazing!

Like the control through the phone. Amazed at how much it picks up even day after person vacuums. Great with new puppy who tracks dirt and grass in but do have to elevate electric cords, pick up toys and shoes and make sure no puppy messes around.

My wife and I love this IRobot. We had bought the earlier model and were happy with it. We had to take that one back because a brush error. We decided to go with the upgraded model because the earlier model had trouble doing the entire main floor. The vacuum would bounce around for what seemed like hours and was unable to navigate to different rooms. The 960 has no problem navigating the house and does it quick and efficient. The 960 is a must have! We have also noticed our allergy symptoms have decreased, which is a huge win! The 960 does our entire first floor with no problems moving room to room. It leaves nice straight lines and rarely leaves any debris behind. It is a must have household item now.

This product has saved me. I run it daily and it cleans thoroughly. I didn't know these things actually worked this well. If I had, I would have bought one years ago and saved myself an immense amount of time vacuuming.

Love Roomba, most people would get upset if they got an appliance as a gift but my husband got me this for Christmas and i was so excited i forgot about everything else and wanted to set it up, and it is Amazing!!!

We purchased the 960 to replace an older model that still works. The boss thought that the 960 would be a quiet and pick up a litttle better than the older one. The battery life is a lot better than the older model also. So far it has been a great purchase!
