I got the Roomba when I was 9 months pregnant and could no longer vacuum the tumbleweeds of dog hair scattered all over my house. I wish I had gotten it sooner. We have 2 dogs that shed constantly and if we clean it out every day it can vacuum the living room, dining room and kitchen and bathroom in one go. We have had this Roomba for 2 years now and it still works great. I love the wifi feature so that I can literally turn it on from anywhere in the world (we traveled outside of the country, turned it on before our flight so we could come home to a clean house). Although it takes a bit longer than if I vacuum the house myself, it is still a timesaver. Strongly recommend it.

I can't believe the amount of dirt it picks up after a normal vacuum. You must get the replacement parts and maintain it every few months for the best use. I have 2 in my house... and i used the first generation prior.

Need to clean the areas first, you can’t leave something on the floor, will stock it

Used this for about a week, great for keeping main area free of dirt and pet hair. It does take some time so if you are in a hurry running the vacuum is quicker. Easy to connect with app and set up a schedule.

WE really like the 960. We have a mix of tile, rugs, carpet, and wood flooring. Cleans quite well, especially pet hair on all flooring. Enjoy ability to use wifi to set schedule. 'Dust bunnies' under furniture are no longer a problem, the 960 gets them.

This is my favorite Christmas present this year - and it wasn't even for me. I bought it for my wife. I had my doubts at first but, this Roomba has proven that it is well worth the money. Once we learned a couple little do's and don'ts, it's worked great. I can't believe how much dirt it collects in our house every time it runs. It's great that it can go under the couches and beds. Our ground floor is just over 3000 sq ft and it covers the entire space - over tile, throw rugs, and carpet. We no longer see the little balls of cat hair or the crumbs from the 3 kids all over the house. The app is great because we can see how it has mapped our house and it tells us if it gets stuck. The one feature I'd like to see is if you could designate areas of the house - based on the map that Roomba created - that you don't want it to go.

our new "Scoop" is a hard worker. We bought for ho.e at the shore. Sometimes getting sand up can be a challenge on hard floors. Its brush sweeps it out before it gets sucked up. He is a powerful little cleaner otherwise.

We have 2 dogs (house dogs). The 960 works well for all kinds of debris, but pet hair especially. I can't believe how much hair it gets every time it runs. Works so well we bought a 2nd for upper level within days of the first. Great time saver.

Perfect addition to our home! cleans the ceramic tile better than a traditional broom or swiffer. Moves effortlessly from the kitchen tile to the carpeted living area. Love that we can move it to all floors of the house easily and does a wonderful job.

Vacuum a home it is a time consuming activity that not all of us have the time to do.... this robot does it and in a great way..... so wonderful and the wifi connection, possibilities are endless. we love it.

worked very well for a year then started to not find the docking station at times finally quit charging, worked awesome while working

I absolutely love my iRobot - Roomba - I have it sweep / vacuum the house three days a week and I use the Braava Jet m6 to mop two days a week. My floors are gorgeous and I really notice a difference when they do not run.

I love the roomba! We got it really didn’t know if we was goin to like it or not. But we use it everyday and we love it! We have dogs and they lose hair all day and it cleans up bout everything that’s get on the ground!

The best purchase I have ever made! I love my iRobot! Forget your vacuum. Roomba does it all! carpet and floor. Reaches every spot. Very little care needed.

Bought this model to save a little $ vs the 980 but get most of the same features.

Best purchase that we have made in several years. Our carpets look and feel cleaner than they ever have. Vacuum the whole house twice a week and never break a sweat allows time for other house choirs.

I can’t believe we lived without this for so long. This is a “must have” for any house or apartment. So much quieter than an upright vacuum. We run it at night, while we sleep...never wakes us up...and in the morning, we’ve got clean floors! Genius!

I have to say that I am impressed with my new roomba. I didn't know if it was worth the money but after installing wood look tile and having pets I knew I needed help. It really helps me keep the tile free of pet hair and it works great on my carpet.

Really enjoys the Roomba 960. Wish I could have got the 980, but the 960 will do.

Love the robot! This makes life so much easier, especially for a pet owner. Make sure to clean it periodically, as built up hair/dust on the front wheel will inhibit the charging.
