I love the Roomba so much I purchased a second one for another level of my home. I have the 960 and it is well worth the money especially if you have a dog that sheds non-stop. Empty the bin daily and that's it.

We replaced the carpet in our house with wood flooring and bought one of these robot vacuums. So far we have been happy with it and it is nice tour floors are getting cleaned when we are not at home.

This was really a great purchase. Controlling the Roomba with the app is simple. Schedule vacuuming when you’re away and the floors are perfectly clean when you get home. Excellent on picking up pet hair!

Bought this for Black Friday deal. It’s nice to have something vacuum while I do other chores. It is not the most efficient thing ever, but does a good job cleaning. It gets stuck occasionally but not too often.

Love this vacuum! It really does the job. I do recommend moving bar stools out of the way as it gets a little confused by the legs and backs up a lot to clean around them.

I had my doubts about this purchase. Turns out, it does a great job - as good as the vacuum we have for sure. If you’re tired of finding the time to vacuum, this is a great solution.

Easy to program. Runs twice a week with the schedule that I created. Battery usually lasts for the whole house (1900SF). If it doesn't it goes home to recharge then comes back out later and finishes the job.

My wife loves her roomba! We have two labradors that shed a quite often. Roomba keeps our floors clean and the wife is happy to come home to clean floors. Now she wants the robot mop.

Roomba works great at routine cleaning. Happy with this model.

I can rely on it to vacuum and then go back and dock it self!

It gets stuck on my tables here and there. But it’s great having an automatic vacuum clean in the mornings or whenever. I haven’t swept since I got it and I haven’t needed to.

This is my first robot. I did use this a few times and it cleaned the whole area. Sometimes it stopped and if you do not know exactly the meaning of its blinking lights, you may not be able to troubleshoot it. If its instruction manual includes an interpretation of its various blinking lights, Have also to empty the dust bin after a room or two as it is a bit smaller than uprights by design. Also, I do not know if its filter is equal to a 99% hepa filter for those with allergies to dust mites and also how much dust do escape while cleaning. Have to schedule cleaning whenever I leave as I may inhale the dust. Would have given a five star if these three things are known.

It is easy to use. Have not tried the programming features. It does not come with any instructions so will have to find it on their web site on how to program the rooms etc.

This Roomba is great but the bin is too small. In theory you can leave the Roomba unatended as it returns to the charging base on its own but because the bin has to be emptied it will not finish the job without human intervention.

It took a few cleaning for it to really clean, almost like it needed to be worked in. Now the bin fills up before it can finish (I have it set to do every thing twice). The small bin really is my only complaint.

So far we have to run the device quite a fewer times and even then it doesn't seem like it picks everything up but we do have really dark floors that show every speck of dirt. I find myself still sweeping because I know it doesn’t pick up as good as we like and it seems just as convenient because when we plan to run it I have to arrange a few things so it doesn’t get stuck or jam. I had high hopes and the jury isn’t out yet; I need to use more often to fairly or more accurately give a proper review but not impressed after 8 months use.

i love this vacumm! always use it when im at work. although i still vacuum with my dyson, i love to use this to always keep my home dust free since i dont vaccumm everyday!

Just installed new laminate flooring in my downstairs. This model cleans well and picks up dirt I did not know was there. App works good, just set time and day and it takes care of itself. Very Pleased

Cleans well, the only downside is that you have to make sure that there is nothing on the floor that can get stocked on the wheels not that it would get sticker under furniture or the sliding doors rail

There’s not enough adjectives to describe how perfect the Roomba 960 is. The technology is awesome as well as every positive word out there to describe how well it cleans.
