I have 2 dogs who shed like crazy and I was vacuuming every day and the days you get busy and don’t get a chance to it really shows. This vacuum works perfectly and would suggest it to anyone I know.

This picked up and worked much better than I expected. I figured this was more of a gimmick but it wound up really covering the whole area and actually getting a good cleaning in. I would recommend.

So far we have to run the device quite a fewer times and even then it doesn't seem like it picks everything up but we do have really dark floors that show every speck of dirt. I find myself still sweeping because I know it doesn’t pick up as good as we like and it seems just as convenient because when we plan to run it I have to arrange a few things so it doesn’t get stuck or jam. I had high hopes and the jury isn’t out yet; I need to use more often to fairly or more accurately give a proper review but not impressed after 8 months use.

Unbelievable! This robotic vacuum does it all! Cleans under my bed extremely well! Even after I vacuum with a traditional vacuum, the Roomba goes over and picks up even more dirt! Highly recommended!

I finally purchased a device that operates better than advertised. Best money I ever spent and a must-buy for pet owners. I program the Roomba for cleaning twice weekly and come home to a clean home every time.

It gets stuck on my tables here and there. But it’s great having an automatic vacuum clean in the mornings or whenever. I haven’t swept since I got it and I haven’t needed to.

So far so good! Works great for hardwood floors, especially we have dogs;) love it!;) don’t expect too much from it! U still have to vacuum yourself !;) price could be better!;) way better !;)) thank u

i love this vacumm! always use it when im at work. although i still vacuum with my dyson, i love to use this to always keep my home dust free since i dont vaccumm everyday!

There’s not enough adjectives to describe how perfect the Roomba 960 is. The technology is awesome as well as every positive word out there to describe how well it cleans.

this thing is AMAZING...i was highly skeptical buying this, but my fears of it being a waste of money were quickly done away with after the first use. works just as good, maybe even better than my upright dyson.

Easy to setup. Can control from the phone. Does an excellent job of keep the floor clean during the week. Easily transitions for hardwood floor to tile on its own. Currently cleans 3 rooms and a hallway without any issues.

Been using this device for about 3 weeks. It is awesome. So far it has exceeded expectations. Would recommend for busy people, those with difficulty getting around, those with kids.

Excellent job doing my hardwood floors. In fact I bought one for my daughter for Christmas. Her husband and her raved how great it was. I went back and bought one for myself. Love it!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son. He loves it and says it does a good job. He had no problem setting it up. It doesn't get stuck too often.

This is a great investment. Who knew how easy it would be to keep up with the vacuuming without lifting a finger. Thorough, gets under beds, we have NO pets or kids but you wouldn't believe the dirt/ dust it picks up!

After reading many reviews it was obvious only a 900 series would work for my home which has stairs a robot without stair sensors would fall down. I also needed the ability for the roomba to return to station, recharge, and resume the cleaning. Only the 900 series can do these things and it’s working great after 2 months and pounds of dog hair. The one thing it cannot do which I hope will come in a future software update is the ability to map your rooms and set schedules for each room rather than all or nothing. Currently the only way to clean specific rooms is to close/open doors or use the virtual wall barrier, not ideal. Overall I’m very happy with the 960 and it was worth the extra money over the 800 series.
