Just installed new laminate flooring in my downstairs. This model cleans well and picks up dirt I did not know was there. App works good, just set time and day and it takes care of itself. Very Pleased

This picked up and worked much better than I expected. I figured this was more of a gimmick but it wound up really covering the whole area and actually getting a good cleaning in. I would recommend.

The Roomba does a better job than my 780. It has only got in trouble a couple of times that needed help. Make sure you get the extened warranty. The 780 had a circuit board issue and no one would work on it. The 960 is expensive and noisy.

We have dogs and we wanted something where we didn’t have to sweep or vacuum almost on a daily basis. We absolutely love this roomba!! It picks up all the hair. The dogs aren’t a fan but oh well haha.

So far so good! Works great for hardwood floors, especially we have dogs;) love it!;) don’t expect too much from it! U still have to vacuum yourself !;) price could be better!;) way better !;)) thank u

Reviews for the Roomba models and discussions online basically say it works great but has a problem with rugs that have fringe (eating it) or black and dark blue areas (the claim is that it sees them as a ledge that it's about to drop off of and backs up). I have oriental rugs with fringes in every room and several have lots of black or dark blue. So much as I've wanted to try a Roomba for years, it sounded like a bad idea. I finally took a chance and am happy to say that it doesn't have any problem with black areas on rugs and handles fringe very well. I'm hesitant to let it at the fringe on my more expensive rugs, but tucking the fringe under the rug's edge before cleaning doesn't take long, and it avoids the problem. This is the best cleaning purchase I've ever made.

I have 2 dogs who shed like crazy and I was vacuuming every day and the days you get busy and don’t get a chance to it really shows. This vacuum works perfectly and would suggest it to anyone I know.

Unbelievable! This robotic vacuum does it all! Cleans under my bed extremely well! Even after I vacuum with a traditional vacuum, the Roomba goes over and picks up even more dirt! Highly recommended!

the only thing keeping my house clean. It is now over a year old and still works fine. It does require replacing the spinner and we should probably replace the brushes.

I finally purchased a device that operates better than advertised. Best money I ever spent and a must-buy for pet owners. I program the Roomba for cleaning twice weekly and come home to a clean home every time.

Excellent for both hardwood and carpet. works great for spaces like under bed, nightlamp stand which can't be reached with regular vacuum cleaner.

Excellent job doing my hardwood floors. In fact I bought one for my daughter for Christmas. Her husband and her raved how great it was. I went back and bought one for myself. Love it!

Been using this device for about 3 weeks. It is awesome. So far it has exceeded expectations. Would recommend for busy people, those with difficulty getting around, those with kids.

Great but, it does take a few days to learn your home however.

Makes daily cleaning so easy. I have a bad back which using a regular vacuum is not good to do. I use this for the daily cleaning of dog hair and it goes a great job.

this thing is AMAZING...i was highly skeptical buying this, but my fears of it being a waste of money were quickly done away with after the first use. works just as good, maybe even better than my upright dyson.

Was skeptical at first but then I saw it in action. Doesn't fall down the stairs, sweeps back and forth, then diagonally, the edges everything. I also have 3 pets.

My house is so clean now...it works with pets perfectly
