Although it's a bit noisy, this vacuum works great and picks up all the hair! Be sure to empty it after every cycle. If you do it will clean your whole house every time.

This little robot vacuum, is absolutely amazing. I have two small dogs, that shed profusely. This item keeps my hardwood floors absolutely spotless. I would recommend this item to anyone.

I really like the suction on this IRobot. It's also quieter than my last one. The feature to start it from my phone is great because it can start when I'm at work.

The bad first: Roomba 960 does not like accent rugs, door rugs, hall runners or thick carpets. If you have a lot of those types of rugs you will be very unhappy with Roomba 960. It either catches the edge of the rugs and gets stuck or does a poor job on carpets. The good: It does a good job on hard surface floors like tile, stained concrete and laminate. It has never failed to find it's home base for charging. Even after eating accent rugs and having been manually rescued it continued to clean and found home base for charging. It picks up a LOT of dog hair, lint, fuzz and fine dust. Empty the dust bin every chance you get. Goes underneath beds and some furniture ok. VERY IMPORTANT: There is a lot of room preparation required before unleashing the 960. It will eat phone charging, power, electric blanket and any other cords it runs across. I use wire ties and self stick plastic hooks to keep cable out of the way. Roomba also eats curtains, shears, socks or anything loose that can get underneath it. All the things you know not to run over or into with a vacuum the Roomba does not understand. It just a machine. I don't know what is useful life span is but I've read that with proper maintenance and battery replacement some people have used Roomba's for years. Our dog has a hard time with walking and slipping on our hard surface floors so we put a lot of rugs down to prevent the dog from hurting himself. Sometimes the 960 with eat the edge of a rug and sometimes not. I think I will try double sides carpet tape to hold the rug edges down. The Roomba has never finished a run without eating a small rug and having to be rescued. Roomba won't replace, but will reduce the number of times you have use your corded power vacuum. If you have hard surface floors with few rugs and clutter you will like it.

With the mapping technology and sensing it drives its straight line and clean great. Wish it had the mapping to create a path in the app but even without it much better then the 675

Easy to setup. Can control from the phone. Does an excellent job of keep the floor clean during the week. Easily transitions for hardwood floor to tile on its own. Currently cleans 3 rooms and a hallway without any issues.

Bought this primarily because I had surgery and couldn't do much for a while, and we don't clean house on a regular basis (I know). Plus we have a cat in the house and 2 dogs outside that we track hair in. We were amazed at how well it cleans! If the dirt bin gets full it goes back to the charging station and sends a message to your smart phone app that it needs cleaned. It usually runs just over an hour per charge. Have had to take bathroom rugs up when it is running and they are thick and gets stuck on them. Also bed skirts, make sure they are up off the floor as well as any clothing items, etc.

I have four dogs and they shed all the time. The Roomba picks up all the dog hair and dirt from the hardwood floors and the carpet.

After reading many reviews it was obvious only a 900 series would work for my home which has stairs a robot without stair sensors would fall down. I also needed the ability for the roomba to return to station, recharge, and resume the cleaning. Only the 900 series can do these things and it’s working great after 2 months and pounds of dog hair. The one thing it cannot do which I hope will come in a future software update is the ability to map your rooms and set schedules for each room rather than all or nothing. Currently the only way to clean specific rooms is to close/open doors or use the virtual wall barrier, not ideal. Overall I’m very happy with the 960 and it was worth the extra money over the 800 series.

We had a Roomba for about 5 years before it bit the dust. We upgraded to this and it does a great job cleaning and actually does the entire room before moving on to the next (which our other Roomba did not). While it does a great job removing dog hair and cleaning, it does not hold a charge for too long and has to go back to charge before the cleaning job is done...Every Time! This thing also gets stuck on the smallest carpets and thinks it is on a "cliff", so it is annoying that I have to move it from the same "cliff" multiple times during a cleaning cycle. Overall, it does its job, I just wish it did it without any error messages

This is a great investment. Who knew how easy it would be to keep up with the vacuuming without lifting a finger. Thorough, gets under beds, we have NO pets or kids but you wouldn't believe the dirt/ dust it picks up!

My wife wanted it, finally we go a good deal and we are happier with that, I have this thing from november 2019, it does the job as advertised, and keeps my wife happy.

I was very skeptical of this automatic vacuum thing, but this unit has convinced me that this is the greatest invention ever. Love it and I don’t know how people live without it.

Great Product for the price. Love the Alexa and WiFi feature enabled through the phone. I just wish the dust tray was a little bigger so the run time would be longer.

Bought this one for our Dad and he loves it. He is at home alone most of the time and has really helped him to free up time through the day with this roomba!

It took 3 attempts within 4 months to hit the mark but finally got my 960 with no problems. The first two had some sort of hard drive problem. However, since the last swap I’ve had no issues. I like that I can control it and get notifications from where ever I am. It’s extremely easy to preform maintenance on. Just the other day I took all of the parts off to do a deep clean. It took maybe 20 mins total. Turned out the side brush had some built up hair. Quick fix. It picks up really well and puts up a fight against my Shark Navigator. I would replace an upright with the 960 but I can at least reduce deep cleans to once a week. Overall really solid product.

Can run up to 2 hours. Able to clean my apartment 933sq feet, 2 cycles. It removes debris,dirt,fur very well. Easy maintenance using the app. Highly recommend
