OMG. How did I ever live without this thing? And how could I have thought that I clean regularly and still have such a pile of yucky stuff accumulate in the bin after every cleaning? Buy one NOW!

Unit does a good job of cleaning [better than wife expected] AND dog does not go after it as he does a regular vacuume. Expensive, and I can not see how o get it to serve drinks or answer the door, bu still a good buy!

I don't have any complaints about it. I will say this is an upgrade from the Shark model I had. But if your looking for mapping this model does not do it.

Great Vacuum works great on later thresholds as well

Love it dinner know why I waited so long to purchase

I never write reviews but thought I would share because of my homework. I read all the reviews and decided to buy the 960. I loved it. It did an amazing job on our hardwood floors and it seemed pretty intuitive in its pattern of cleaning. Then I moved to another state to work and rented an apartment. I went to buy a roomba and bought the 690. While you think it would be the same it clearly was not. It was so random and bounced around everything. It still cleaned, but not as efficient or organized as the 960. I returned it and stepped back up to the 960. There is something about the clean lines in the carpet vs all out chaos. I love the 960 and highly recommend it.

This is my first robot vacuum and I love it. It is easy to set up and it picks up a lot of dust and dirt. Sometimes it gets trapped but that is easy to fix.

This little machine makes quick work of cleaning my carpets and my bare floors It does a wonderful job and saves my back . Well worth the investment. I love it.

Received her as a gift for Mother’s Day. She makes cleaning the floors so much easier and even travels under the beds. I named her Rosie and she does an awesome job!

Overall great buy for our house. Mostly hardwood floors and some carpet in bedroom. Only fills up trash bin quickly and needs emptying about every hour. Clean it everyday and maintenance is pretty easy.

I bought this for my daughter because she definitely needed some help with her very hectic schedule. It does 90% of what she can do herself and helps out tremendously.

I have had a 560 for years and this model has serious upgrades. Like the lack of bristled roller brush. Still gets stuck like the old one did. But overall, huge improvement.

Love it. Had an older model for 5 years and this new one runs so much better, quieter and docks properly every time. the app controls are nice as well.

My wife has never been happier. It cleans every corner and picks up dog and cat hair as well as things we didn't know were there. Set it and let it go.

Upgraded from an old 655 bought about 5-6 years ago and instantly noticed a huge improvement of cleaning quality. The navigation feature is wonderful and allows for a "whole home" cleaning without having to worry about missing areas or not bouncing around everywhere. App is simple to use and the maps generated provide a lot of good insight. Paired this with the Braava Jet m6 for extra cleaning and it was so cool how they worked in tandeum. Ended up returning the item due to the upgraded 985 dropping in price at Costco. I would recommend this to anyone looking for large space cleaning and (mostly) hands off operations.

It is so easy to use. I had no trouble learning how to set it up and putting it into working mode. It learns quickly my house layout and comes right back to where it was placed down.

I absolute love it. We have 2 and they work great.

I have a golden retriever and have constant dog hair on my floors. I run my Roomba once a day and it keeps the dog hair at bay. It also goes under my bed which was a great collector of dog hair. Love my roomba!

We named our Toomba Alfred and we love him we just wish he had a bigger debris can. We are frequently emptying him during one cycle. Granted we have two dogs and two kids.
