Really good product. This is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made because it such a time-saver, and keeps my carpets and tile floors free of pet hair.

I love my Roomba 960. It even cleans under my couches and dinning room chairs. I have not had time to set it up to automatically clean, but I am looking forward to setting it up.

love this guy , kept keeping up with the dogs qlot easier. Only problem is you got to empty it manually so often if you have dogs. Had this for several months worked great then started having issues one after another. First the mapping wasn't working so I would have to reset once a week which wasn't so bad. The i would have to maintenance clean it more then once a week to everyother day otherwise it wouldn't do the schedule clean . I just got tired of maintenance cleaning it. At that point I was better off owning a nice manual push vacuum. These still have a ways to go to be perfect but they are almost there.

Absolutely love this vacuum. We set it to clean and can get other things done around the house without any worries. It functions well and we have had no issues as of yet!

This robot literally makes my life so much more easier, it literally vacuum all my dog hair up from the floor along with other hair loss and I now I Love walking on my floors barefoot!.

We bought this to take on our new dog's fur. I run it every morning and it is fantastic. I couldn't be happier with it - have had it for a bit over a month.

Got this for our upstairs after trying the 980 on our main floor. The fact it will go back and recharge and resume cleaning like the 980 was the selling point. Plus it is $200 cheaper and includes smart app. Doesn't have quite have same power but it does an excellent job. Highly recommend.

This model is where you can use an app to control the roomba. Control is minimal. Designed to be a vacuum is what you get. Set it and forget makes it easy to let it do its thing while you can concentrate on other priorities

Great product. The only complaint I have is that you need to keep an eye on the surroundings where the machine will be running through. It’s gotten stuck several times and the session had to be canceled.

For years, I have loved my Dyson. But after my husband purchased our Roomba, life hasn't been better. Our house has never felt cleaner, especially living with two dogs. The vacuum is a serious game changer.

Great design, cleans on carpets or hard wood flooring. Needs minimal supervision. I had to reset wifi network to display maps in the app. Otherwise it's pretty good

I was skeptical of these products but tried it at the insistence of my family and I love it. saves time and I can clean when and how many times I want.

This is an expensive gadget, but if you have pets it’s a must. I have this on a schedule and my home is pet hair free everyday.

This is good way to keep our home clean. Pets were scared of this at first, but I think they are ok now. Small things kind of bothersome, but we got used to it.

A generally happy purchase, but the romba's wear and tear is obvious and very quick. I have only had it for 6 months, the dust bin's snap already broke and the the gear's edge has worn out as well.

It works great. It was totally amazing how much dust and dirt was in the trash can the first time we emptied it. It does a good job. It is a little loud. We have hardwood floors.

When I first read about this product my thought was how lazy can one get, but after research I bought one. I can say it gives me more time do accomplish other tasks. Also important to mention it works great.

We had a cheaper roomba for several years and decided to upgrade. 100% worth it. Gets stuck far less, bin is much larger and the tangle free rollers do not collect hair like the old brushes did.

Before this, I had a Roomba 650 which was nice until it stopped working with its dock. I then decided to upgrade to this 960 model, and let me just say that it is a significant leap forward. The breakthrough with the 960 is the navigation and its ability to clean in an organized linear pattern, whereas lower models tend to go in arbitrary paths. This alone assures me that every corner of my home is being cleaned and is done in almost half the time my 650 used to take. It's also great to point out its ability to link to Wi-Fi and be controlled by either an app or a smart home system like Amazon's Echo. This is one of the best items I've ever purchased and allows me to effortlessly maintain a nice and tidy home.
