My daughter and I both have long hair and the roomba has no problem picking it up and not getting tangled on the wheels or rollers. It also works great on my wood floors.

This was a gift. It cleans really well, and so far there have been no issues, although my cat is a little freaked out by it. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Though it's very practical, sometimes it doesn't find its way to sweep the hole floor and it gets stuck in corners and it gets lost in between chairs' and tables' legs.

I am impressed by how well this vacuum works and learns where to go so that nothing is missed. It does a nice job of cleaning and keeping our floors looking great. We have carpet in one room and tile throughout the rest of the main level. It transitions well between the two. The only issue we have is that it cannot move onto the area rug in the living room. It is a thick area rug with a pad underneath, so I get it. Even our regular vacuum struggles. I have it set up on a schedule to run M, W, F mornings so it doesn't really bother me. I get an alert on my phone when it's done, showing me a map of where it cleaned. Very cool.

Wasn’t sure I would like it but it has been great. I smile the entire time It is vacuuming my carpet and floors - actually I even followed around the house the first couple days. Great job

This does not replace you cleaning your own home, this is a 'in-betweener' helper.. and it helps GREATLY I clean the filter every week.. I clean the wheels and the components that suck up debris every use.. I wipe it down weekly.. and I use the air compressor to really get all the parts cleared.. EQUALS== longer lasting more efficient machine.. people think it is suppose to do all the work for you in your home but that is simply not true...

Really surprised by how well this product cleans. Honestly, we didn't expect much, but it has done very well cleaning the first floor of our house across a variety of surfaces - tiles, wood, carpet.

Does everything they said. Easy to program. Works well. So far has not gotten stuck. Love that it returns to the base, recharges, and then finishes vacuuming. Great product.

This was our second Roomba and we love them. We actually just moved our old one to our second home and we use this new one at our permanent residence. They both work wonderfully.

We have two dogs, kids and work full time. Oh did I mention I am a clean freak so when we moved into our new home there was dust and dog hair that needed to be vacuumed daily. Well it was getting to be so much for me to do that we decided to give the Roomba a try. Oh my goodness it has taken so much stress out of my day. I still do my deep vacuuming weekly but the daily is now done by our Roomba. The best part is when my husband texts me "hun I vacuumed today" meaning he it the start button. : ) Highly recommend.

I run my roomba once every one or two days. Does an amazing job at keeping my hardwood floors spotless. It really saves me from having to sweep so often!

does a good job overall, I have some uneven floors and a few transitions, area rugs which it climbs over. Unfortunately, it has managed to climb my xmas tree base and the dog food dish a few times and stranded itself. I wish I had gotten the one that it empties itself- but it was quite a bit more expensive, so I have to empty this daily. It's takes a few minutes, but certainly less than vacuuming. It initially clogged with dog hair daily, but has gotten rid of a lot of dog hair and doesn't clog any longer.

I run Roomba every morning to help keep my home dog and cat hair free. It saves me so much time each morning . Helps keep a busy working mom happy.

This is our first robotic vacuum and we are hooked! The Roomba 960 works great for dirt and pet hair, rarely gets stuck, and the app is a fun added feature. I would definitely recommend this product!

I LOVE this Roomba, I highly recommend it to anyone who loves having clean floors with minimal effort. Worth every penny, it does a fantastic job and it very thorough.

Simple, if you don't care which direction will do the job, this is the one for the price. I return it and bought the I7 for that reason.

This is the best purchase i has ever made!! I have wood floors, two dogs and two kids. I was sweeping and swiffering at least twice a day until we bought our Roomba 960. It was worth every penny!

It runs relatively quietly compare to your average vacuum so it does not wake a sleep child. It's great you can program it to run when you are out of the house and come back with a clean floor.

Love my Roomba. Does a great job around furniture legs and keeps my wood floors clean and shiny. I wish the bin emptying accessory wasn't so expensive. I'd definitely add it.
