Good cleaning quality and pretty quiet. “Favorites “ feature does not work so mapping not helpful. Room a says they’re working on software fix.

This vacuum cleaner works. I remodeled the upstairs of my house and left the floors to this thing. The only problem I’ve encountered is that I started using it before I hung the solid six panel doors back in the frames after staining and finishing them. The vacuum got tangled up in some clothes in the closet one day. Then it got tangled up in the shower curtain the next day. If you use this vacuum you need to be a vigilant housekeeper. It won’t clean around your dirty socks and the extra long shoestrings in the sneakers you left in the floor. But it works reliably when used in a neat house.

This is our third roomba in the house- great add to our army to battle dog hair. Works very well to keep up with Golden Retriever

So good so far. My only concern if anything is the tiny dustbin. Every 3 rounds or so of vacuum, I need to empty the bin. Not too bad though. Everything else is perfect!

Love this product. Excellent cleaning. Easy to use. Just set it up and forget about it. Only thing you have to do is empty the dust bin. Highly recommend

Love the Roomba 960. The brush is great. Picks up hair and dust without the hair getting wrapped up on brush. Also love the fact that you can set schedule for it to run.

Easy to operate and does good job on smooth surfaces. Hard to go from smooth floor over area rugs

My life has not been the same since I purchased and started using my iRobot 960. This unit has far exceeded my expectations and I have bought one for another family member.

It cleans great on high and low carpet as well as our tile and over rugs. It's cordless so it is easy to get under beds & furniture. Easy to empty & store.

The Roomba does an excellent job of keeping your floors clean, without having to pull out a vacuum. Someimes it struggles with loose weave rugs and can get tangled.

This is definitely one of the better Roomba's out there. I purchased this while it was on sale and it was no brainer. My floors (wood & carpet) are cleaner than ever!

This thing is a workhorse. Works great and puts up with big things that my kids leave around the house. It does get tangled up on stuff from time to time that gets left on the floor, but the rollers come out and it's easily cleaned. Replacements aren't too costly either. Usually finds its way back to the charging dock. We've used it on carpet and hard floors / rugs and it does a great job keeping the pet dander down. We have to empty it twice per run with 2 cats and a dog.

I got this vacuum a month ago and it’s the best thing I ever bought. I would not be without one. Thinking about buying the robotic mop ! Thank you

One of iRobot’s best models I believe. Great Vac at a Great Price! Thoroughly cleans especially under the beds and all perimeters.

This is one of the most valued appliances in our house. It is so effective and through. I can't believe how smart the iRobot vacuum is. I'm 70 plus years old this thing saves my back

Love the 960. With a shedding dog and in and out all day in a farm this has literally changed my life. Instead of sweeping everyday simply have to empty the bin.

I got this roomba vacuum because we got a dog and he sheds a lot of hair and this vacuum really helps pick up all the hair and dirt he brings in from outside. Really recommend this roomba vacuum for picking up hair and dirt and you can control it from your phone. I've had it for the past 2 yrs and couldn't be happier with this purchase! I recommend getting warranty on it I bought mines last year and this year I had to replace it with a new one because the previous one wouldn't charge anymore and it was so quick and easy, I love best buy.

This little guy is awesome. It has been keeping our hardwood flooring clean all the while we are gone to work. Even our dogs have become used to it’s scheduled cleanings.

Large dogs shed a lot, so this beauty helps keep the hair to a minimum by cleaning up. Works great, but a little loud. It usually runs while no one is home.

I’ve heard a few complaints after I bought this but as I have no pets that are leaving the odd surprise package on the carpet and they are surprised it spread it around. Well who knew a robot vac wouldn’t know crap about crap and so I have had no problems. The dust bin that it has is a little small for me and fills a little quicker than I’d like. I honestly would have to take it as haven’t been keeping up as well as I thought on my housework. To tell the truth I now wish I hadn’t gone cheap and had got the self emptying model. Or is it I’m just lazy?
