The iRobot 960 Roomba is working great - it cleans good - it operates as advertised - it has not been trapped - I’m still learning about it - so far all is good.

Rhomba works very well except on shag rugs. It does a good job of picking up pet hair and can cover a large area with several chargings remembering where it left off.

This vacuum is a great time saver and has great features through its app linkage. Wish we could link it on multiple devices and that it had a little larger dustbin, but that is very minor.

I am thrilled with my new Roomba! We have pets in the house and we run it daily, I was surprised at how well it keeps the pet hair cleaned up! I would hate to live without it.

I’ve heard a few complaints after I bought this but as I have no pets that are leaving the odd surprise package on the carpet and they are surprised it spread it around. Well who knew a robot vac wouldn’t know crap about crap and so I have had no problems. The dust bin that it has is a little small for me and fills a little quicker than I’d like. I honestly would have to take it as haven’t been keeping up as well as I thought on my housework. To tell the truth I now wish I hadn’t gone cheap and had got the self emptying model. Or is it I’m just lazy?

I got this roomba vacuum because we got a dog and he sheds a lot of hair and this vacuum really helps pick up all the hair and dirt he brings in from outside. Really recommend this roomba vacuum for picking up hair and dirt and you can control it from your phone. I've had it for the past 2 yrs and couldn't be happier with this purchase! I recommend getting warranty on it I bought mines last year and this year I had to replace it with a new one because the previous one wouldn't charge anymore and it was so quick and easy, I love best buy.

One of iRobot’s best models I believe. Great Vac at a Great Price! Thoroughly cleans especially under the beds and all perimeters.

We run this at night to pick up the cat fur from the day. I works great. It doesn't take the place of vacuuming bit it keep the house floor clean.

We have been using it almost daily. This is a great product, the app works very well. It cleans both hardwood and carpet very well. We love it!

This gadget is a must have. I have two dogs and roomba always gets their fur. I can easily push the button on my app to have it clean no matter where I am.

It cleans well . . It sometimes says its falling off a cliff at the edge of a rug though. . I am overall impressed with how much it does pick up though. I would refer this product

Bought this to give the wife a break and to minimize the frequency of sweeper cleanings. This thing is amazing and picks up far more than I ever imagined.

It works incredibly well, goes over all rugs and into corners we have a tough time getting into. We are very impressed with how well it works.

This thing is a workhorse. Works great and puts up with big things that my kids leave around the house. It does get tangled up on stuff from time to time that gets left on the floor, but the rollers come out and it's easily cleaned. Replacements aren't too costly either. Usually finds its way back to the charging dock. We've used it on carpet and hard floors / rugs and it does a great job keeping the pet dander down. We have to empty it twice per run with 2 cats and a dog.

The 960 has a limit at 1500 sqft of cleaning area…so “resume and stop” is not unlimited coverage. Why limit the roomba?, don’t know….I was lucky the actual cleaning area in my 3000sqft house is just below 1500, so I’m covered. Also, roomba needs good light, or it may miss corridors or rooms. If the base is too far from the place it senses it needs to re-charge, it may not make it and die in the process…you’ll need to start all over again. The house needs to be “prepped” fot a cleaning job: remove thick area rugs, objects and limit areas where it will get stuck, like unconventional legged chairs (my case). Other than this, it seems like worth the investment.

Great little machine to help me multi task. I can dust the table tops while the Robot vac is cleaning the floor. A bit pricy but fun to have to work for me.

I had the 850 before and the 960 picks up better and does a better job getting the whole are since there is a sensor on it now and it’s quieter than the 850

The 2020 Covid pandemic has made everyday a nightmare. Sheltering in place means increased need for clean floors . Roomba fills that need .

I love how this vacuum cleans because it goes in straight lines and traverses the space in a methodical fashion. I bought a Roomba 891 as well, but found that that vac would go in random directions while cleaning. I love how the 960 goes in a predictable pattern of cleaning and does a good job of getting dirt in the edges of spaces. It is also neat that it illustrates a map in the app of where the cleaning job was performed after completion. It goes back to home pretty well and continues vacuuming after recharging till the job is done and it has nowhere else to go. Great product overall.

Never thought I would like an iRobot but this was a great purchase. It runs while I am at work and I come home to a clean floor. Nice!!!
