I had the 850 before and the 960 picks up better and does a better job getting the whole are since there is a sensor on it now and it’s quieter than the 850

Love this thing! I have it programmed to run every other day and it helps keep the dog hair way down.

Cleans pretty good, and leaves the vacuum streaks in the carpet that I like to see, but it gets stuck under some of our furniture. Like Recliner, and night stand.

It cleans well . . It sometimes says its falling off a cliff at the edge of a rug though. . I am overall impressed with how much it does pick up though. I would refer this product

I love how this vacuum cleans because it goes in straight lines and traverses the space in a methodical fashion. I bought a Roomba 891 as well, but found that that vac would go in random directions while cleaning. I love how the 960 goes in a predictable pattern of cleaning and does a good job of getting dirt in the edges of spaces. It is also neat that it illustrates a map in the app of where the cleaning job was performed after completion. It goes back to home pretty well and continues vacuuming after recharging till the job is done and it has nowhere else to go. Great product overall.

Probably the best purchase in awhile. Still learning how to do things with it. Does very well job and just bought the mop also.

I should have gotten the upgrade now that I know it cleans so well! With three big dogs the hair can get out of hand. This has been a time saver for me.

Named our’s Rosie after the Jetson’s maid. She does a great job on carpets and wood floors. Love the ability to schedule and activate remotely from my phone.

after decluttering areas, the vacuum really does a great job.. Covers 3 rooms and hallway with no problems as long as the areas are decluttered.

The 960 has a limit at 1500 sqft of cleaning area…so “resume and stop” is not unlimited coverage. Why limit the roomba?, don’t know….I was lucky the actual cleaning area in my 3000sqft house is just below 1500, so I’m covered. Also, roomba needs good light, or it may miss corridors or rooms. If the base is too far from the place it senses it needs to re-charge, it may not make it and die in the process…you’ll need to start all over again. The house needs to be “prepped” fot a cleaning job: remove thick area rugs, objects and limit areas where it will get stuck, like unconventional legged chairs (my case). Other than this, it seems like worth the investment.

Use this several times a week because I have two dogs. Helps keep house clean in between regular vacuuming

Had an old 500 series that served us well. The 960 is amazing. Great cleaning, great battery life. We have 3 pets and I was amazed at how much it picked up.

Works very well. The filter has to be cleaned regular. Battery drains quickly on low area rugs. It helps me keep up with having three dogs. Good quality and durable!

Love my roomba, it clean my wood floors perfectly and can clean my hole first floor. some times misses some small areas but it does not bother me.

This robot does a great job but will not go over my area rug where the design is dark (black in color). It thinks it is at a cliff.

This product does a great job cleaning and is comparable with my Dyson. The only negative is it rarely goes back to the base when finished

Don't know what I'd do without my Roomba. Love it. Next time I will go one step up and get the one that empties the dust bin.

I bought this product as the deal was very good. Glad to buy it as it's a very good product, and is easy to use. Love it.
