The Roomba 960 was bought for the pet hair advantage, it works like it said it would, no detangling underneath like a regular cleaner, which is the best time saver.

Don't know what I'd do without my Roomba. Love it. Next time I will go one step up and get the one that empties the dust bin.

This robot does a great job but will not go over my area rug where the design is dark (black in color). It thinks it is at a cliff.

My wife has been bugging me for one of these for years. It works great, sadly I still have to vacuum... guess robots have not taken over the world yet...

We upgraded to this model from the Roomba 680 and it is pretty amazing. We loved our Roomba 680 but the new one is so much better. I love how it maps the house and goes home to charge when it is low on battery. It doesn't bump into walls and furniture and makes a straight patch home when it is low. When it is fully charged again it will head back out to finish the job. The new brushes don't get clogged up with hair like our last one did which is a great improvement. I highly recommend the Roomba 960!

This is our 2nd Roomba, and we decided to upgrade to a better model. It has only be able to do 1 complete clean without getting stuck, being full, or just shutting down and not able to find the base. I do noticed pet hair being picked up, which helps us not have to vacuum daily. I just seems like the device is still having issues with functions it claims it can do. I probably would not purchase this again.

I bought this product as the deal was very good. Glad to buy it as it's a very good product, and is easy to use. Love it.

Use this several times a week because I have two dogs. Helps keep house clean in between regular vacuuming

Roomba does pretty good on our thicker carpet. Can be inconsistent at times when it comes to doing our whole floor. Either way, worth it

Roomba is the BEST! I run mine everyday and I feel like not one spec of dirt or hair or dust is on the floor. So great! Highly recommended

My disability makes it difficult to push a conventional vacuum and the roomba solved this problem for me. It does a great job on the floors and rugs and does all my rooms

Does a good job but gets stuck a LOT . At least 3 times per cleaning. some times hard to find when it does. Needs a better app that will tell you where it is!

We have enjoyed having "Amelia." I have enjoyed not having to vacuum for the past couple of months. She kind of has a mind of her own though. She does not follow the same route when she vacuums. Sometimes she forgets to do a room, so I have to take her there as a reminder. If she is on the other side of the home, I may have to put her closer to her "home" because she can not remember how to get there. I am sure I just need to spend more quality time to learn how to properly teach her, I just have not had the time.

It's well worth the money. We really like how it cleans in straight line patterns and not just randomly runs around the house. It memorizes your house and even returns to clean areas where it couldn't before due to obstructions. We like how it's fully programmable to clean different times of the day. It cleans really well too. We have all hard wood and tile floors and it picked up everything. It's been a fantastic purchase. Don't know what took us so long to get one. Don't hesitate to get one of these.

It is a very handy robot vacuum that you can run every day. It is user friendly and very easy to use. I strongly recommend this to anyone who is considering to buy one.

It is easy to operate. The instructions for other advance function like mapping etc is not so clear. (software problem)

Just absolutely awesome I would highly recommend !! Works great on our wood floors. and does a great job on our tile too.

We purchased this for my mother as a Christmas gift. So far we love it! It's picking up dirt we've been missing for ages. It even handles the Christmas tree droppings no problem. We live in an old house with wonky floors, uneven thresholds, and odd rugs. The Roomba has handled them all. We only had to modify one threshold slightly as it was too big for it to 'jump'. One caution I have is that it does need a little bit of light to work. If you plan for it to run automatically overnight in a dark room, you may want to also purchase a cheap night light.
