Glad I spent a little more on the more expensive model. Virtually plug it in, let it charge. And the rest is clean carpets and floors.

I love this roomba and it cleans very well. But it does have some issues cleaning everywhere and sometimes gets lost or stuck.

I have been using it for almost two months. It works well on both floors and carpet. I can save much time for vaccume.

Good for pet hair and dust. Not good with floor divisions. After 3 months couldn't find its way to the base

Every working woman loves to come home to a clean home. My husband is a finish carpenter and I have a 12 yr old son. So, my wood floors are constantly having saw dust or dirt tracked in. It’s been such a help to have my iRobot clean up after us. When a mom gets regular help, without complaints, it’s a miracle! So, I’m thrilled. I just wish I had an auto mop to follow behind!

This robot vacuum is amazing as it cleans every corner in each room. It cleans the kitchen while I sit and watch football. I love it.

The concept is great and I spoke to IRobot about my issue but I decided to return it instead. It ran up on the bottom of my bar stools and then it gets confused.

Two long hair collies. It picks up everything on hardwood floor, hair, sand.. I do have to run it everyday because of the size of the dirt cup. Love the app.

Really wanted to like this. The battery did not last as long as it was supposed to. Customer service was REALLY good on this product. They sent a new battery and kept an eye on the progress of the clean and even called us to discuss issues. But in the end... it just took more time to make sure it wouldn't get stuck and to monitor it then it did just to vacuum myself.

This little, relatively independent housekeeper dies a great job picking up the dirt and dust. Floors are clean!

I got this for my wife on her birthday. She loves it and use it almost everyday. It’s a great vacuum cleaner to own. Will do the work for you

I read many reviews on the iRobot 960 and this thing is amazing. It really does map the house and does a great job. It is pricey but I would do it again.

I am satisfied with how it works. Covers the house well but I still wet mop the wood floors (after it cleans) to get them to shine.

When it works it picks up a surprising amount of hair and dust which makes us like it. It routinely gets stuck on any of our throw rugs and is tearing them up which is frustrating and inconvenient and that’s after we fold them in half at night to try and prevent it. Folding the rugs also reduces areas it can get into to clean which isn’t ideal. You’ll be pleased if you only have solid floors. Very expensive for what it does for us so probably going back.

We have four dogs and they shed the roomba does an excellent job picking up all the hair cleans the whole house.

We use this on our second floor everyday so our carpet always looks as if it were just vacuumed. Love it!

Works as stated and is fun to watch. Really enjoy using. With 2 dogs at home this has made the entire house so much cleaner.
