Very happy with our new addition:) Does a great job. The bin does fill quickly since we have wool plush rugs.

Originally purchased a 675 however the randomness of how it vacuumed and missing several spots caused us to return it. Got this 960 instead. It is so much better because it uses a pattern to ensure that is covers the entire floor. It also can handle multiple rooms. It'll vacuum as much as it can before the battery dies, go recharge, and then continue where it left off. After it is done there is a coverage map in the app showing exactly what was vacuumed.

I got this for my wife on her birthday. She loves it and use it almost everyday. It’s a great vacuum cleaner to own. Will do the work for you

When it works it picks up a surprising amount of hair and dust which makes us like it. It routinely gets stuck on any of our throw rugs and is tearing them up which is frustrating and inconvenient and that’s after we fold them in half at night to try and prevent it. Folding the rugs also reduces areas it can get into to clean which isn’t ideal. You’ll be pleased if you only have solid floors. Very expensive for what it does for us so probably going back.

The concept is great and I spoke to IRobot about my issue but I decided to return it instead. It ran up on the bottom of my bar stools and then it gets confused.

Easy setup through app. Does a great job covering all areas and fits under the furniture for those hard to reach areas.

Two long hair collies. It picks up everything on hardwood floor, hair, sand.. I do have to run it everyday because of the size of the dirt cup. Love the app.

Very durable Roomba. It picks up even fine dust. We have a dog, and it picks up all of his shedding hair.

I love using my Roomba in between deep cleans but there are a few issues. It doesn't always get corners and along walls as well as I'd like and it has a tendency to repeat the same large area rather than moving on to other open areas that also need the work. However, I did buy a knock-off brand of a remote vacuum and that one was HORRIBLE! It went in circles and couldn't get itself back onto the charging station... This is DEFINITELY better! I'd recommend this to others - just don't expect perfection.

This is a great product, works better I thought, I wish the battery lasts for a longer time. Really good product.

I love it! It does a good job. Sometimes it goes dead before it goes back to the base and cancels the job. Even with that issue, it is worth it.

I read many reviews on the iRobot 960 and this thing is amazing. It really does map the house and does a great job. It is pricey but I would do it again.

This thing is the real deal. Handles my entire apartment with ease. Pretty powerful motor, for the size. Very impressed & love the wifi capability.

I love my I robot. It makes my life much easier.. It does a great job keeping my floors looking good, especially when my daughters hairy dog visits.

Great specs, but I exchanged this one for the i7 self-emptying version. Does great job on pet hair and dust bunnies.

I love my robot!. I enjoy to walk around the house without shoes and I don’t feel any dust/dirt on my feet. I have it in an automatic cleaning schedule for after we leave to work, it’s a little noisy and also tends to explore everything and it’s annoying to having it bumping into you (very persistent) if you’re in its way. It only got stuck once with one of my dog toys, but I don’t have any carpet at home. So far (1 month) doing a terrific job and I love it!!!
