I’ve had three different Roombas and each one has seen significant improvement over the previous generation in terms of features, battery life, smart routing (not frequently getting stuck), and they even figured out a way to keep long hair out of the rollers. My main issue with this model is how often user would have to clean the “dirt bin is full” sensor, which is basically after every scheduled run, because it is so darn sensitive, it comes on even when there is little to no dirt inside the bin. And it refuses to run again until after you clean the sensor to its satisfaction. I like to run the Roomba every day, and if I forget to clean daily, it goes on strike. So every day I have to empty the bin, which is not enough to turn off the sensor, I have to reach inside with a wet cloth or paper towel to thoroughly clean the sensor. Roomba does include a small brush for this job but it fails so frequently at this task that I don’t bother using it anymore. Anyway, it’s getting to the point that some days I forget to clean it, some other days I just couldn’t be bother with it. And the end result is while I’d like to run this little robot daily, it only ends up running 2-3 times a week. As I am only getting half the usage out of it, I am giving it half the stars out of the max.

I was a bit skeptical about this product at first because of some reviews I read online. I have 2 cats and a German Shepherd and I used to vacuum my floors everyday or else there would be little piles of fur everywhere. This product saves me so much time and I’m extremely happy with it. I sometimes have to take it apart to remove bunches of fur that got stuck in the rubber but I don’t mind at all because that only takes a couple minutes once a week versus an hour of vacuuming everyday. It’s definitely worth it for me.

The roomba is pretty neat. For the most part, it has worked great. Every now and then it can’t find the home base before the battery runs out.

Does everything it is advertised to do. Cleans well...small enough to get unde most tables, beds, etc. Would recommend

I've explored this technology when it first came out and was only available in the Sharper Image stores, and now I'm back after 14 years. and enjoying the new technology. So much I bought not one but two to handle the job of cleaning my house. The mapping technology is out of this world, something the older models just didn't do. Wow it has come a long way, and hoping the pack of duo dirt crime fighters , last a long time ! Because I need there help, life is busy !

I love the rumba. It works great on wood floors. I love that it goes under the furniture.

It gets under everything and does a great job I have five dogs so it’s nice to just hit a button daily and get a lot off the floors

Very good at getting pet hair up, made a loud squealing noise at first but quieted down. Does tend to get stuck on rugs but overall very good

I wish I had gotten this sooner, it really does the job and makes my life easier , vacuuming is one less thing I have to worry about.

Unless you love vacuuming, this is a must have! I will be buying a second one for the upstairs. Now I just need a robot to dust my house.

Got this on sale for $350 best Roomba for that price. Couldn’t stomach the E5 going crazy all over the place
