Very good at getting pet hair up, made a loud squealing noise at first but quieted down. Does tend to get stuck on rugs but overall very good

It gets under everything and does a great job I have five dogs so it’s nice to just hit a button daily and get a lot off the floors

I wish I had gotten this sooner, it really does the job and makes my life easier , vacuuming is one less thing I have to worry about.

I love this thing. I could not believe the additional dust and dirt it picked up that I had missed with my existing vacuum cleaner as I guess I did more traffic pattern - It has now done 13 complete runs and still gets the bin full running 3 times a week. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is it can get stuck certain times and pending the result may need to completely restart the job. The other thing is make sure your floors are "uncluttered" It will get caught on shoe strings and even electric cords if they are sitting just right.

Does everything it is advertised to do. Cleans well...small enough to get unde most tables, beds, etc. Would recommend

Easy app to install and program accordingly for someone who is tech savvy. So far our daughter has given it a 2 thumbs up approval.

The 960 does a good job mapping out my 1600 sq ft 5 room area to be swept. Cleans well, returns to home base for recharging and filter cleaning.

I've explored this technology when it first came out and was only available in the Sharper Image stores, and now I'm back after 14 years. and enjoying the new technology. So much I bought not one but two to handle the job of cleaning my house. The mapping technology is out of this world, something the older models just didn't do. Wow it has come a long way, and hoping the pack of duo dirt crime fighters , last a long time ! Because I need there help, life is busy !

Did a great job cleaning found its way nicely. I loved it cleaning for us but when it told me the left wheel has a problem for third time and this time I’d have to send it in.. that was enough!!

I LOVE my Roomba. I haven't vacuumed my house since I bought it. I run it a couple times a day envelop the floor is clean. It does a great job

This roomba is a great product for our first floor. It cleans mostly everything and it's so cool how it docks itself and is self-charging.

Got this on sale for $350 best Roomba for that price. Couldn’t stomach the E5 going crazy all over the place
