Not as expected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Used it 3 times and after 3rd use one of the brushes broke off it did come with replacements already in the box but if it broke after 3rd use then the replacement would do the same. It did not go onto my rug which I expected bc it is a thick rug but I returned it after it broke after 3rd use Best Buy took it back no questions asked really wish it would have worked out though it picked up a lot of cat and dog hair!

I wish there was a better way to unload the dust bin. With a dog, it collects lots of hair...so running it a whole cycle to clean requires the bin to be dumped sometimes between cycles.... kind of hard to do when you're not HOME to do it...so it just sits and waits for your HELP.
