Customers are saying
Customers love the Roomba 960's cleaning performance, especially on carpets and hardwood floors, and appreciate its ease of use. Many find it effective for pet hair removal, and while some mention the noise level, others find it acceptable. However, customers frequently cite navigation issues and a small dustbin as drawbacks, along with concerns about battery life.

Work-A-Holic
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great vacuum cleaner. the return & recharge function is great since our house has lots of floors to clean. it might take 3-4hrs... but it's getting done without much effort. I wish there was a better way to unload the dust bin. With a dog, it collects lots of hair...so running it a whole cycle to clean requires the bin to be dumped sometimes between cycles.... kind of hard to do when you're not HOME to do it...so it just sits and waits for your HELP.
