This is the only review you need to read. If you’re not sure what Roomba type should you get, don’t look at any version below the 960. The cheaper versions don’t have a camera so the Roomba walks like me after a Friday night at bar. Believe me, don’t get the cheaper version. The 960 is the best price/quality you can get. However, if you’re too lazy to throw away the dirt from the Roomba almost every time you use, get the version with the extra bin.

Just had new floors put in and having a shedding Pomeranian it’s difficult to keep them clean. Rumba is my hero!

Does what it's supposed to do. Cleans great. It's a bit loud but that doesn't bother us. Love having vacuumed clean floors every day.

We have golden retrievers, the Roomba is great in picking up dog hair. We run it everyday. Now the dogs don't move when it comes by.

Great mid level robot vacuum. This is a good step up from the base Roomba without the expense of the top level.

So far it gets the job done. We have a Husky with a lot of hair, this thing keeps the floor clean.

I original purchased the Roomba 860 it had plenty of suction it just did not navigate very well. It was more a random pattern. This 960 is just what I wanted, it is VERY smart. It navigates effortlessly getting all spots. It picks up very well, surprisingly well! It does use more battery when vacuuming carpet. It's no problem because it will go back and charge then finish the job exactly where it left off. If I had high pile carpet I would opt for the 980. I don't know how I lived without one of these!

We almost gave Rosie back to Best Buy. She kept getting caught in all my cords and running out of juice someplace in the house never making it ‘home’. Once we organized and covered the cords, life with Rosie has been divine!! She cleans WAY better than I thought! Gets even the finest dust AND she finds her home! If she can’t quite finish her job, she goes home, charged up and goes back out to finish. Super EZ to clean her too.

It’s a good robot cleaner. Little pricey as compared to other brands but does a good job.
