We already had an older model (which we use now on second floor). The Roomba 960 works perfectly, exactly as excepted.

I love this product! Cleans in a breeze. Even cleans up per hair without getting clogged.

My wife loves this roomba! It makes cleaning the house so easy especially if you have an amazon echo for voice command.

We almost gave Rosie back to Best Buy. She kept getting caught in all my cords and running out of juice someplace in the house never making it ‘home’. Once we organized and covered the cords, life with Rosie has been divine!! She cleans WAY better than I thought! Gets even the finest dust AND she finds her home! If she can’t quite finish her job, she goes home, charged up and goes back out to finish. Super EZ to clean her too.

Runs really quiet and is great for keeping up with light vacuuming everyday. I have my roomba run every early morning.

Less noise compared to my old Roomba and cleans the room in a pattern rather than pung pong style like the okder versions.

Easy to set up and use. Does a good job at cleaning our hardwoods and carpeted floors.

When we first got it, it didn’t seem like the greatest. It would go back and forth over the same spots, and would miss clumps of cat fur. But as we used it more, it mapped the house better and started performing great. I would give it at least a week or two to get your house area down for the true first impression. It also plays a very funny tune and declares “Please charge Roomba” when it is dying.

Great mid level robot vacuum. This is a good step up from the base Roomba without the expense of the top level.

After much research, I purchased this as a gift for my sister whose health makes it difficult for her to vacuum her house. She lives quite a distance away so I personally haven’t seen this in action, but she is very pleased with it and the good job it does. The only issue I have is that when the gift was delivered, the box was significantly damaged with rips and holes. The Roomba was not damaged but either Best Buy or UPS damaged the box.
